1.
Chris Sutton wasn''t bad.....
Was actually from Nottingham I''m afraid.
 2.

AHAHAHAHAAHA i love it how no one replies [:D]
Except you...
And you.... Damn.
 3.
Dowie.
Couldn''t have said this in another manager related thread?
 4. Why is this also posted in the transfer rumours section?Albeit with slightly different wording.
 5. To be honest, they could appoint a new manager today or tomorrow, it doesn''t matter, they won''t be in charge tomorrow night anyway. Whoever it may be will just watch from the stands tomorrow and the first game in charge will be on saturday. No one should expect the new boss to be pulling the strings tomorrow.
 6. Just wondering, who would follow Mike Liggins on Twitter anyway?
 7.

I did find it a little odd when Alnwick started on tuesday, because now he is cup tied for the rest of the competition if/when he goes back to spurs in 3 months.Maybe he will come in on loan if Theo does prove to be kinda rubbish.
Alnwick is at least third choice at Spurs behind Gomez and Cudicini
True, but in the event of an injury or suspension, or knowing Gomes, a dip in form and Spurs may need him, just seems odd that he was involved in the squad photo for the season and then played in the league cup, thus making him cup tied for when he comes back. Maybe we are lining up a season long loan.

 9.
is to receive his 1st cap for the scots. bad luck to him
Sorry to be picky, but it was his third cap.I don''t know why but that seemed to bug me.
 10. Checking to see which papers where writing about her today? (see the daily mail)http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1205371/Nightmare-Norfolk-Norwich-concoct-disaster-Delia.html
 11. I think what he is trying to do is shake it off...all I could do on saturday after a while was laugh! Why dwell on it? he admits it was a terrible performance and needs to move on, have some people not got a sense of humour? If he plays tomorrow and we get trashed again then I''ll retract my comments but still, I''d rather they laugh and remember there are 45 games to go and consider this a freak result where everything that could''ve gone wrong, went wrong. So maybe lay off him until we know for certain if he is rubbish or not!
 12. These type of games happen, Gunny conceded 7 many years ago and even teams like Man U have conceded 5 in the (not distant) past, so how can we judge the guy after one game?? It was a freak result and I can''t see each match going the same way.Admittedly it''s an awful start and it''s a wake up call for our team who maybe presumed they should just walk through this league only to find sides will come here and actually play football (rather than the rough stuff they say league one is famed for). But the only way is up for Theo and I for one am still hopeful for this season...but then again I''ve had a really crappy last couple of days and today I''m trying to stay positive.
 13.
Barcelona B, not a completely different Barcelona still the same place, just a different team
It is the same club, but their B team. In the same way Maric also played for Celta Vigo B.
 14. It seems odd that the first article claims he is a former Norwich City player, despite not being released, something tells me something isn''t right and the fact the poster has posted that one and only time does make me wonder. But the articles do seem pretty official and I have been wrong before.
 15. Forgot to add my thoughts on Top 6 bottom 4.Top 6: Leeds, Norwich, Charlton, Southend, Brighton and MK DonsBottom 4: Yeovil, Exeter, Brentford and Stockport I''m sure I''ve just chosen the 4 sides promoted from league 2 to go straight back down...I doubt that will happen but worth a shot none the less!
 16.
Houston you are showing yourself up a little then, as I am 24 and can remember 3 of those teams in the Premiership and another 3 in the championship.
Hate to be picky, but I remember when MK Dons were also in the prem...as Wimbledon. And I''m only 23 but then again, outside of the UK League One is an unknown commodity!! So I can''t exactly judge Houston on that.
 17. It does say on the official site that Theo hasn''t got international clearance yet.
 18. Sounds like good business to me, all these people who are saying that they''d let him go for £100k just to get rid of him obviously don''t quite get the idea of football now being a business game. To be honest, he didn''t impress me at all last season and wouldn''t be missed if he went considering the amount of midfielders we currently have on our books!Good luck to Burnley if they can get a good player out of him!
 19. Difference is Wiz, that in the 3rd tier clubs have to be more careful how they spend what money they have. And besides the side that got us relegated last year no longer exists, they all went back to their respective parent clubs and the permanent players have left or are on their way out!We are looking at an entirely different Norwich this season and I for one can''t wait to see how they turn out. But then again I love football and can''t wait for it to come back anyway!
 20.

I recognise a lot of players on there mainly due to the wonderful world of football manager. Some interesting prospects there, but not enough to make me part with £10 I imagine, although I may be pursuaded by friends and the promise of beer...
Agreed - Simpson, Evans and Brandy are all decent players.
Hit the nail on the head, they were the players I had in mind, I here Brandy is quick and not a bad finisher. He has played a few league cup games I think, or am I going crazy?

 22. What I was impressed with was in 2009 - present he has played 550+ games for Bristol and scored twice!!!
 23.
we are the only football in Britain (possibly the world) to have its own unique football song.... most other clubs copy songs from other areas, like you''ll never walk alone, delilah, and i''m forever blowing bubbles jas :)
Sorry to hark on about it, but IFK Goteborg (I''ve just been there) have their own song they play before the match, that in itself is quite slow and is about 70/80 years old. They even put the lyrics up on screen, if only I could speak Swedish!
 24. Well the old stadium (named New and the new one Old - go figure) is impressive but very, very open. But this is a much more compact stadium so the sound bounces around like crazy! Maybe I''ll be able to post a link to video on youtube, once I''ve worked out how!!!
