  1. If this is true then things are worse than we thought . No one will keep us up? Does this mean the players are simply not good enough to stay in the prem despite who manages them ? In that case we have had a disastrous window .
  2. Nodge? What sort of rubbish is that? Do Norwich fans actually call us Nodge ? If they do , I would suggest they stop immediately.
  3. Well that was a shame . Liverpool just kept the ball for the last 15 mins . Wish Chelski had 😂
  4. You didn’t see the concourses as thousands left the ground then?
  5. 3 down after 37 mins . We held out longer than that .
  6. I never got over selling Kevin Reeves .
  7. “I had to talk sense to you all before” It’s like the sermon on the mount without the good bits isn’t it ? It would be quite funny if it wasn’t so sad. “I’ll be posting my opinion on some NFL football later . I never go to those games either . “ I
  8. Sargent’s first touch in the first minute came off him quicker than a trampoline. It was downhill from there
  9. Keep him at the club - stick him with the u23’s . Get someone in to try and keep us up. When we go down reinstall Farke - get Emi back on loan from Villa and start all over again. It’s a plan .
  10. As I’ve said I honestly think you had to be there to see it and feel it yesterday. It was absolutely dreadful - we simply didn’t compete . At the end Farke began walking towards the fans , got some stick from a few that had stayed behind , and walked off head bowed. It was awful to see . He looked a broken man . Im still gutted this morning . It was a terrible experience. I love Norwich to the core - though to the marrow in my bones. As do my family . It was horrendous.
  11. Of course you don’t have to go to every game to be a fan. But to be lectured about looking on the bright side from someone who didn’t stand in the away end yesterday is at best irritating. Anyone who actually stood there , feeling it , watching the performance , hearing the fans and their gallows humour couldn’t feel anything other than pain. Anyone that says go and support another club can fùck right off as well I have never seen a City side lose by 7 in the flesh. It is a gut wrenching experience and fans have a right to point to the dire record of our manager and coaching staff in the Prem. we did not compete at any point , in any position . Chelsea took the ball off us at will . At one point Max was playing in some bizarre forward position - at a loss as to know what to do . It was absolutely horrendous .
  12. I just watched the heaviest defeat I have ever seen in nearly 50 years of going . Absolutely hopeless uncompetitive performance all over the park. Anyone defending this tonight didn’t go and watch it .
  13. To be precise Farke holds the Fußball-Lehrer ( which was made equivalent to the UEFA Pro License in 2008. ) You could argue it’s harder to get .
  14. Chase joined the board in 1982. The fire was October 1984. Chase became chairman in 1985 . Depends what you mean by “his watch”
  15. One thing is for sure that the transparency of running Norwich City now in comparison to the Chase era is remarkable. No one really knew what the club was up to until it all unravelled with (what turned out to be bank lead) player sales like Jon Newsome . I loved those times , and loved the European trips. The club seemed in a good place until such time when it was not . It was the highest league positions that we have achieved and genuinely competed. That won’t happen again without serious finance behind the club which currently isn’t going to happen. I also loved watching us go up under Lambert and watching Emi and co destroy the Championship. So it’s peaks and troughs . We do have to move on though, otherwise we all sound like a team banging on about the past …
