he guy who is at Colney every day, who has the experience and coaching badges, might be better placed to make the key decisions than me, you, or anyone else on this forum. I want all the team new guys to be up for it. Its not happening. There is no vision at the moment. You need someone in there that can be a game changer. A football brain in his head. A passer of good balls. A servant for pukki. This is not happening. There is a lack of somebody who is willing to take responsibility. The team is crying out for the skills he has its plainly obvious to me. I'm lost 😕 in the mindset of the team just now.

I'm so tired of this discussion. He's just not that good. He had one good, not great game against a below par England side but since then has been poor or has faced pub league quality sides at international level. I'm sick of people saying he's clearly talented why isn't he playing. what utter **** . As far as cherry picking games. MoM many times. Oh its a below par England now is it. Austria and Denmark are below par as well. There is very few poor international teams these days. Or are the pundits and experienced ex players just making the stories up about him.
