I wonder how much weight the alleged fallout between Farke and Cantwell has had on any decision to sack Farke, if this is true? If a new manager can get Cantwell back on board and feeling appreciated, enough to pen a new deal, we're talking about securing an asset worth potentially £20m - £25m? If Farke is on say £20k a week we're talking less than £4m as a pay off. That's surely a factor for a club like us, which is fast running out of the saleable assets that we need to balance the books every season we're in the Championship?
