1. you''d have a better shot at starting a boy band with that plonker!
2.
Daly, I''m sure the Grabban deal would have gone through had Pardew not pulled out of selling us Gayle, when Wickham picked up an injury in training. Selling Grabban to a direct rival without cover would obviously have been daft - I''m really not sure why people keep banging on about it. AN also appeared happy to loan out either Hooper or Lafferty. I''m pretty sure Grabban will get his move to Bournemouth in the January window if the Gayle deal can be resurrected, and that we''ll still get north of £5m for him especially if Bournemouth are in trouble.
Gayle scored a hatrick last night. they may reconsider selling or hike the price a little (assuming he keeps some form between now and Jan)
3. Bournemouth fans sang "Lewis Grabban he would have scored that" when we missed an opportunity against them a few weeks ago. the genius bit was when we sang exactly the same chant back when they immediately missed an opportunity at the other end.
4. Bit of a template apology. i''d have preferred "Sorry all, the bantz just got a tad too cheeky"
5. Great finish from rvw last night, and miggins your picture and opinion grows tiresome rather quickly. I don''t think there''s a thread without your overstated opinion stamped all over it.
6. Can anyone clear up whether Grabban''s behaviour was a result of being left on the bench, or having another Bournemouth approach knocked back? I would have personally thought the latter, as you generally don''t play your best players in the Carling cup, and i doubt he was itching to play against Rotherham.
7. he has a good goals to game ratio, and has proven he can score at this level. Bit of Grant Holt bullish type player. he might be useful as backup, but i really rate Jerome these days and he''d be hard pushed to take take his place.
8. i''m surprised people think Stoke will have to much for us. It''s certainly a winnable game at home, and definitely one we should be getting points from if we want to remain in this league. expecting to be rolled over comfortably at home to the likes of Stoke isn''t exactly inspiring.
9. and if we pay him anywhere near 55k a week i think my head would explode!!
10. I imagine Hull are desperate to unload this guy, and i really hope we don''t oblige them. Its unlikely we''d be signing him as squad filler as we already have enough sub-par players in that position.
11. I wonder is Pardew would have said he picked the wrong team if Palace had lost.
12. have financial fair play rules actually achieved anything? Transfer fee''s seem to inflate each window, and clubs still overspend without any concern for repercussion.
13.   just another name thrown in the mix at this point, i''m not sure sure myself.
