1. It wouldn''t surprise me whether we stay up or go down, if Butterworth would step in anyway.  I reckon a lot of what we have now will stay in place for the summer.
2. I''m really hacked off that because a couple of people were critical of Wes, it gives one or two members on this board the chance to say he is a "whipping boy" and "this lot don''t want you".  Actually you''ll find despite his inconsistencies, that a lot of Norwich fans like Wes and are right behind him.
3.
We eventually got knocked out that year by Forest. My memory is that the only goal was scored by a young Roy Keane at the River End. Someone may remember for certain.
Yep.  Spot on.  Terrible game as well. Found this one easy this week.  Still miffed I didn''t get Che Wilson right for the Wolves line-up!
4.
Still remember him as the man who sent off 4 players at Carrow Road once - two from each side!
From this game: http://www.soccerbase.com/results3.sd?gameid=240597
5. Still remember him as the man who sent off 4 players at Carrow Road once - two from each side!
6.
They''ve beaten the Arsenal, Chelsea, Stoke, and Wigan U18''s recently (what a good form record that is ey?), I''m confident we''ll give Everton a good game. Although Everton did beat the Liverpool U18''s not so long ago, so guarding against complacency is a priority. Wish they''d broadcast the games live on Radio Norfolk.... Anyone know if they will if we reach the final?
They broadcast the Man Utd v Norwich (fourth round?) tie a few years back on Norfolk, so I''m sure they would.
7. Charlton - only won one league game in several months. Southampton - one home win all season (yes, I know it was against us) Tight call for the other.  I suspect Barnsley because they were so poor when we played them and they''re slowly getting sucked in.  Think Watford, Doncaster, Forest and Derby have enough to get out of the mire.  Plymouth and Coventry might be outside bets. As for us, I''ve always fancied us to scrape through, even with Roeder.  Injuries, suspensions and a tough away run-in could be our sticking points though.
8. The more I think about it, the funnier it is.  The cock-up provided more talking more points than the game, it left lots of Everton (and ultimately Liverpool) fans unhappy, and gave us something we can all agree on for a change! [:D]
9.
ha ha. They just missed half of goslings interview as well.   Pathetic!
I bet Gosling can''t wait to see the video of his goal.  Oh...
10. Had pretty much given up on the game (it looked 0-0 from the off) but can''t believe that happened.
11. FCTW was the best one for me, although it had some stiff competition.  Think they called it a day the year after Chase left.
12.
For me, Roeder would be ideal as a chief scout or Academy manager or something, where he has to look out for talent rather than necessarily dealing with the players direct.  I''m sure we''ve all heard enough stories about him being a bit of a tosser, but he can see a decent signing: getting Taylor and Patty in straight away helped us big-time last season, then Clingan, Hoolahan, Dejan and Bell were all good signings, and most of the loans were decent enough (Troy and Koroma apart).
Have heard it more than once from Newcastle fans that they preferred him when he had a youth team role rather than as manager.
13.
Wasn''t "Attack" called "Shaq Attack", and named in tribute to Keith O''Neill?
Think there may have been an ''Attack'' and also a ''Shaq Attack''.  Think the latter came much later.
14. These are what I remember: Ferry Cross the Wensum Never Mind the Danger Spud International The Citizen Sing When we’re Ploughing I Can Drive a Tractor Cheep Shot Liverpool are on the Telly Again A Fine City Attack Y’Army   I know there were one or two others that came and went very quickly but I cannot recall the names.
15. There was a point in the late 80''s/early 90''s when I think Norwich had about six or seven on the go at one point.  I''m sure for a while we had more than any other club at one time, even compared to Man Utd, Liverpool, etc. I''ll try and cobble a list together unless anyone beats me to it.
16.
We scored three away from home vs the league leaders, and you''re moaning - says a lot.
Chill out.  They were poor defensive goals.  Doesn''t mean we''re unhappy with the result or performance.  I''m delighted!
17. I could see what GR was thinking, but it hasn''t really worked.  If we''re not going to get games, then we have to get back in the league.  How else do we get players fitter, get the kids playing, blood in new signings, etc?
18.
Agreed Jim, it makes you proud doesn''t it. Hearing the Wolves fans having a go at their players sounds all too familiar. A fantastic away point. Love the forumites!!! It makes us all sound like fossils though, which is probably the right comparison for most of us! lol
They''re probably already making their "You''ve let us down again" banners! [:D]
19. Dear me, five very badly defended goals there.  Cracker from Cort though. I''m sure the Lee Croft of one year ago would not have had the pace or the finish that he displayed there.
20. For those who complain that Cureton gets a rough ride from the fans, Jamie''s had far less stick (if any) at Carrow Road than other Norwich players who have been slaughtered despite playing far better.  Also, compare our treatment of Jamie with the treatment Keogh got off Wolves tonight.  Quite a difference. Not that I''m suggesting he should get any stick of course, but it has to be said that tonight''s display was not a one-off.
21. I was surprised he started, more because of his lack of games and fitness rather than his ability.  Sounds like he had a decent match and almost certain to begin on Saturday.  Hopefully will give Killen some competition for that role.
22.
Sheff Utd have won, good result for us say Radio Norfolk
Can''t see Charlton and Soton staying up to be honest.  Will be one place left to fill.
23. Blimey, we talk about boo-boys at Norwich, but the Wolves lot really don''t like Keogh do they?
