Although disappointing in terms of result there was some good passing and movement.A few tweaks to the defence should be made allowing the team to gel better at set pieces. The club has made a brave decision, let''s give them time.

Needs more time in a difficult position and structure. A decent enough footballer at this level, nothing special but will do put in 100%

It really comes down to this,we have limited resources, we have not got mega rich owners,they want to see the club prosper but won''t gamble the club''s future on unknown investors. This is their hard earned right Therefore changes in the way the club is managed, the way the team plays are the only way forward to them and Us.It can be done.

Look forward not backwards.

Top six with the changes and the squad we have would be one of the greatest achievements in this clubs history.

A good season will be mid table with all the changes the club has chosen to take.we could get top ten if things go smoothly. Change takes time,the club has been brave to take it on.let''s get behind the team in victory and defeat, the good times and bad times.

Former players should support the team,give constructive criticism not Just moaning.

It will take time for the squad to get used to this kind of football.The team played well in periods, just a few errors here and there.these things happen, so am looking forward to 3 points midweek.if it takes 2 or 3 seasons to gel so be it,at least we are going in the right direction.

Yes at times the defence was under pressure but for an away game to a top six side first game,great job.

Team looked good today,with great enthusiasm and energy for the whole game.fitness levels at last have been worked on, and we looked sharper in attack. Very encouraging indeed for the coming months ahead.

Having watched norwich yesterday I came away thinking yes not great but heading in right direction. Brighton were set up as very defensive which is what they will have to do to get fourth from bottom.It worked for them most of the game only going forward occasionally. Our goal came from a mistake from their right back allowing a free shot.we looked ok going forward as Brighton let us have the ball.This won''t happen as much in the champs,so overall improvement needs to be made,but the team did ok without being good

I can''t see us being in the bottom half, squad will be too good,but this is a rookie coach at this level and will need a good start.

Top six on watching some pre season game highlights seems more likely than say a month a go.But these opponents are not hardened championship teams,Brighton should be more of a gauge to where the team is.Top ten is a more realistic aim for the season but I like the way the manager wants us to play,pass and move,closing down quickly and changes formation during games.Can he gell these players into a top two team,no but he will have my backing on the way.

With the new season approaching a top two finish will again be a target for norwich.I would love this to happen but sadly this is wishful thinking.A place in the top ten would again be a realistic aim with a chance of top six.As teams showed last season we were not fit enough or strong enough for a good part of the season. The new manager is going to play a more pressing game which can be very effective if you have the right sort of players. The squad from last season could not have played this way so a clear out is right.Only 5or6 players should remain.The new management have recruited well so far but many more need to go.

High wages need to be cut so we need to sell our high earners.simple.
