Absolutely, nutty, and I wasn''t suggesting we should sever the link with the club. That would probably kill the whole thing. Only that if we included a charity as well that might tempt more people to take part. Alan Grey has a point, in that at the moment we are raising money for a PLC that last year made a profit of £13m.

At the risk of enticing the Mungo-Troll, people should remember this is an NCFC community, not necessarily a Norwich (the City) community. While charity is a good thing, Ray created this to get everyone (troll and all) together on something we all shared in common... this Football Club.

I am sure there are worthwhile charities that could use a few quid. I just question if this is really the place to fund-raise for them. Though NCFC''s fortunes have grown since this began, I am sure there is somewhere team-related we can apply monies that would make sense?

Maybe sponsoring an academy-raised player?
