chicken 0 Posted May 7, 2012 You could also argue the number Man City beat them by earlier on in the season was a factor to, infact any one of the big defeats they have issued out.Infact what is more likely is us holding Man Utd to a close 2-1 result had more of an impact on their goal difference. If they''d have lost 2-1 at home to Citeh instead of 6-1 they''d be level on points and goal difference going into the last game. Had they not got doubled by Citeh it would still be in their hands. Man City have the best side I have seen this year by some distance. I think if the Tevez situation had been handled better they would have wrapped the whole thing up a while ago.
