Captain Fantastic 0 Posted May 17, 2010 Now Charlton are resigned to another year in League 1..Chance of getting him? Very good player for the left hand side..
Divs crew! 0 Posted May 17, 2010 First class prick! no i dont want him here.
Jacko 0 Posted May 17, 2010 Great player would love him here mainly because he works hard and tends to get goals. Hoolahan aside I think other players in the midfield have not delivered enough goals. I know that is partially down the diamond system we play where those three have to do a lot of the donkey work but you cant rely too much on the front three next year as goals will harder to come by next year. Hence everyone will need to contribute with their fair share.
TheGoogler 604 Posted May 18, 2010 Exactly the sort of player we should be looking at. He''s a great player for our system as he''d bomb forward and get into the box and score goals.
Adam NCFC 0 Posted May 18, 2010 Would love him, but don''t let him near a pen [y]

Muddy funster 0 Posted May 18, 2010 He''d definitely add more steel to our midfield! I also get the feeling he''d be good for the dressing room too. I meant the morale before any comments!
Ivana_rubyatitz 6 Posted May 18, 2010 He would be a good one. Played well last night and has always seems to have performed solidly whenever you see Charlton highlights on the box.
Greg Downs Hairpiece 0 Posted May 18, 2010 BBC article states he is hardcore Charlton-This means he may be loyal(shock-horror).I would love this addition for our midfield engine but fear price tag would be 2 high.

[/quote]Isn''t his contract up anyway? Doherty was fiercly(not sure if that''s the right word..) loyal to us but that didn''t stop him getting released to save funds (from what I gather anyway)
Tangible Fixed Assets anyone? 0 Posted May 18, 2010 Bailey would be a good signing. He cost Charlton a fee rising up to £750k when he joined from Southend.
