Many an ex-pro have failed, and many will fail again in the future. At the end of the day, your argument was Gunn is not good enough for lack of experience, but now suddenly with Iwan it''s all perfect. That just doesn''t work, Gunn has far more experience at the club, and arguably more experience in a role with the team because of his job as Head of Recruitment.
