Old Shuck 291 Posted October 10, 2007 How can Delia "resign" as Majority Shareholder UNLESS someone has bought all of her shares, and then it wouldn''t be a resignation anyway, but a "handover" to whoever has bought them-we assume, the Turners?She could "resign" as a Director but without selling the shares that would mean nothing as she and MWJ would still retain control.
