He essentially promised to help them in any way he could and then when they asked for a signal boost he just ignored them. So yeah, I think he's a bit of a **** head. CORRECTION - Just checked with him and I've gotten my Norwich City media personalities mixed up. It was Jake Humphrey who 'promised the world' before ignoring proceeding to ignore once his PR was done. He's the **** head.
