Help I Need Somebody

When I went onto the Canary TV site on my Samsung Smart TV I could not get the Reading game  to load up is there anybody out there who can explain why and how I could fix this?. And yes I did pay my £10. THANKS .

Perhaps your Samsung is one of the models it does'nt work on. I tried once and it did'nt work on mine.🙈

You watch it via the app, there's a live button near the top if you've logged in and paid.

Considering the game was live on sky , I doubt many paid a tenner
