Mason 47 1,379 Posted July 11, 2020 So am I literally the only person in the world that thinks the 'shading' on the ball that everyone hates is the stitches on an ye-old football??
GJL Mid-Norfolk Canary 1,749 Posted July 11, 2020 Often thought that were we to have ever 'modified' it ,it would be something like Bristol City's new crest... ...but now Bristol City have done it ,I assume that's ruled out?!
FCC 76 Posted July 11, 2020 It’s fine - and I love the fact it has no writing on it. We’re Norwich City, we don’t have to spell it out.

Disco Dales Jockstrap 1,891 Posted July 11, 2020 Much better lion and ball in this version and I like the way they have integrated the castle with the top of the badge. I'd probably add the date we were formed, maybe in the middle of the castle. OTBC

OTBC That gives the lie to the argument that there are no improvements that could be made, while keeping the basic design the same.
The Great Mass Debater 1,090 Posted July 11, 2020 No, I love our badge as it is. I think it has stood the test of time well and doubt a change would be an improvement. Remember what happened when Leeds tried to update their badge... https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/01/24/leeds-united-reveal-controversial-new-club-crest/
