What happened to the old rape thing in Las Vegas?

Good point, Dan - that just disappeared without a trace weirdly.

And cheers for the vid, TGMD. They should have done one of these on Robbie Savage...

Served with papers yesterday. Was dropped in the state court as she had form for being a liar, though now being pursued though federal court. Juve have pulled out of a tournament in the US as he might get arrested if he goes

If they did anything scientific about Robbie Savage, it wouldn't stretch to 45 minutes. 😱

Good old 'Murica. It's not rape if the victim has told the odd porky on the past.

350k is a lot to shell out to silence a known liar, isn't it?

That is a great watch GMD thanks. Talk about somebody being able to do something with their eyes shut, the footage where he scores when the lights go out I find amazing.

The verasity of her statement will be tested in court, if it gets to trial.

Anyway back on topic, great watch particularly for aspiring "young Ronaldos"😀

I hope the veracity of it will be too.

I wondered if that could be a useful training technique?

The shot in the dark might be usefull for a party GMD 😀, but yes why not as a training technique if you can create the right conditions

From a training perspective what does come out of it is yes, the guy is a magnificent athlete and has the right physique, (as clearly admired by canarydan)  center of gravity etc to give him the best chance to be a great footballer, BUT, a lot of his ability comes from training and practice, his ability to predict what an opponent will do with or without the ball, from their movement and body shape, that's second nature to him now but it has been learned!

A good lesson for younger players.

Was he tested on how to fill out tax returns, and did he do that with the lights out too? 🤔😉😂

He would have come in handy against Derby then.

A lot of technology and a lot of tricks, but really, nothing of any great discovery there imo. So the sprinting athlete is quicker in a straight line and the footballer quicker on zig zags....wow, who'd have thought it.....   So they turn the lights out an instant before he kicks the ball....yawn...he's already committed to the shot/header.  So he can hit the ball hard...yawn.  So he can put spin on the ball....yawn.  So his eyes are everywhere when running at people and defenders eyes are on the ball......wow...yawn....

So he is a fabulous footballer and athlete, but the science does nothing but show how all footballers do their job.

Superficially entertaining, but nothing of substance.
