Rudolph Hucker 0 Posted December 18, 2005 You manage a premiership club. You have money to spend on a goalkeeper. Which would you choose?

still holding out for new heroes 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Niemi for me!
ZLF 242 Posted December 19, 2005 Niemi is allegedly available for around £1.5m - which would make him an absolue steal. Green is as good on his day and has teh potential to get better.Aunty was awesome on sat and those 4-5 saves were exceptional. OTBC
Ken Aries 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Based purely on Saturday''s game, Niemi. But does he play as well as that every match? I doubt it. Greeno is a good keeper and well worth hanging on to if we can. I did wonder, however, if he should have stopped Southampton''s goal. On a different matter, 9 out of 10 to the City team for Saturday''s performance. no1canary 0 Posted December 19, 2005 definately niemi. all round better keeper imo. the one we let in, was far more easier to save than some of the saves he made. green is a good keeper, but makes too many errors.
Anderz 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Why not sell Greeno to the Premiership, and buy Niemi as his direct replacement. Then in a couple of years time Lewis can take over from Niemi...
JP 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Greeno, purely because he has still got his best days ahead of him. Very close though.
