Then they have to consolidate a place in the EPL. Then they have to break through the glass ceiling to become one of the top sides in the land. Only then will they be in a position to match the achievements of Mr Chase by getting into the Champions League (European competition) as a matter of right. Until they do this they will always fall short of the fulfilling the potential of the club which Chase demonstrated was definitely there. Supporters for their part need to believe because otherwise you get the Board you deserve (ie. one that does not believe in Norwich City as a big player in English football).
