Big Vince 426 Posted November 2, 2017 The trouble with the NCFC hierarchy is that their actions contradict their words. The newly released Strategic Report states that the football operations of the club are reviewed "weekly" and that "corrective action" is taken "where appropriate".So when the boy Neil started to fail in October last year, what were his superiors telling him at the weekly meetings between October and March, when he was finally terminated? Was it along the lines of: "Okay Alex, you''ve lost again. Carry on".Otherwise, why did it take them 20 weeks to take the necessary "corrective action?"Moreover, we are told by the same hierarchy, both verbally and in the accounts, that the EPL is the only place to be for financial success, yet their failure to dismiss the boy in a timely manner prevented the possibility of a promotion run under a new manager, as we saw when the boy himself was introduced by McNasty. The truth of the matter is that multi-million pound losses both now and in the future can be laid squarely and fairly on the Board of Directors. TIL 1010 5,246 Posted November 2, 2017 What a great question for you to ask at the AGM Big Vince as i don''t think you will get a response from them on this messageboard. As i said to you a few weeks ago i would not possibly be able to make the AGM and unfortunately that is in fact the case so have you a family member or like minded friend who could maybe give you some moral support on 29th ? If so and you would like my proxy send me a PM and i will sort it for you.

Feedthewolf 5,885 Posted November 2, 2017 I''m sure all these accusations of the boy Vincey Wincey being nothing but a keyboard warrior will motivate him no end. I can''t wait to hear about his heartfelt tirade and the half-baked response from the fear-stricken board of directors in the aftermath of the AGM. It could turn out to be a pivotal night in the club''s history. Go on Vincey, give it both barrels my son!
nutty nigel 7,902 Posted November 2, 2017 I''m looking forward to it Wolfie. I have some magic moment memories from AGM''s and EGM''s. My favourite is probably that lady who told Robert Chase that he was "all fur coat and no knickers". Could Incy Vincey top that.....
capricorn1 18 Posted November 3, 2017 Ah, the beauty of a magic crystal ball.People were saying we should''ve ditched Farke at the end of September, Crystal Palace ditched their man after 4 or 5 games. How did that work out them and how has sticking with our man worked?I find it ironic that this message board is littered with people demanding the manager\head coaches head and yet there are a similar amount of post decrying his payout to get rid of him.Right now, ''the Boy Neil'' is having a good start at PNE who sit one point behind us in the table. Their previous man has just been sacked by Sunderland who are sitting right at the bottom of the table...... Maybe the issue wasn''t the manager but the players, in his last press conference TBN talked about rebuilding the squad at the end of the season. I''d genuinely be interested in who his targets to go out were. I know things had gone toxic and he needed to go, but with a squad overall like we''ve had it might''ve been different for him.Funny old game football! Old Shuck 291 Posted November 3, 2017 Yes, come on Vince, a genuine and very public opportunity to make all of your grievances known to the people that matter, there can, surely, be no reason for you not to take up Tilly''s offer, none at all?Do it!
