1.
How does Garrido become Garrison FFS?
Are you Mr Hat from South Park (avatar picture)? That might explain why.  :)
2.
"Groans, Shrugs and Disharmony"
Logged in just to say ''well done''.  Very good.
3. haha, Johnson''s face when Michu squared up to him was classic.
4.

I said ages ago that i dont want to see RVW in a yellow shirt again, I still stand by that, of course he isnt the only problem today but he offers nothing
How is it RVW''s fault if he''s being given NOTHING to work with???Neither he nor Elmander have had any real chances in the half, so instead of moaning at the strikers, we should be questioning the lack of composure in midfield and the shambolic defending behind them...
I normally try and cut Van Wolfswinkel some slack, but he has not been good today.  Several poor touches, that he himself was noticeably annoyed with - and rightly so.
5. So we pack the middle of the park (in terms of width) to stop swansea playing through the middle, and yet both goals come from central positions.Dreadful.
6. Pilkington doesn''t seem fit.  It''s as clear as the zimmerframe he appears to be using to assist his runs up the left wing...
7. Mr Clattenberg is starting to aggravate my pectoral muscles.
8. I was just going to post that Cardiff are as impotent as an octogenarian with asthma. But then...sigh...
9. Hoolahan for Fer.Diamond 442 pls.*steels himself against the "take off Fer?????!!!1111127" backlash*Fer is a good player, but horses for courses, and other redundant cliches.
10. I do feel a bit sorry for Wolfie and Hooper - what with Everton continually on the attack we are currently playing an 8-0-2 formation. Also, Wolfie is ALL technique (and I''m not highlighting this as a bad thing).  If he was in a top 6 side, I wouldn''t be surprised if he had 10 + goals by now (injuries permitting).Whether he is the right type of player for our current side, is a different matter entirely.
11. Now we''re pressing them higher up the pitch, we''re playing very well.We should be 1 up, possibly even 2.  Therefore, I suspect we''ll come away with nothing - but with that said; it has been a very promising performance thus far.
12.

ricardo wrote the following post at 2013-12-05 12:21 AM: Impossible to play him in this mood. What mood is that? The lack of a defence mood - 29 goals conceded so far in right games , -15 goal difference worst in league. Hughton is the man!
I doubt any defence would have kept a clean sheet against him in this first 45 mins.
I mildly disagree. The backing-off allowed the chances to arise.  It''s very difficult to score wonder goals with someone super-glued to you, even for Suarez.
13. Agreed. If 4-5-1 is designed to achieve defensive robustness it CLEARLY isn''t working. All I hope it that we finally discard this tactic in favour of any other tactic.  If you can''t score and concede at will, surely that means you have to change your system?
14. I''m a big Bennett fan, but backing off again when it cost a goal last time around is terrible.
15.
How do we concede goals like that.
Should have pressured the ball before it bounced.... twice. One centre half should have gone to Suarez, other should have dropped off, and the goal would not have been scored
16. We''re currently top of the front page on one of the most popular sites around:Reddit Front Page PostI''d rather it would be for something pleasant but unfortunately not - it''s the goal we conceded against Arsenal, but I guess all publicity is good publicity...I think that karma will redress the balance and we''ll squeak a surprise victory tonight, and am pleased to see Hoolahan retain his starting place.
17. Hoolahan''s lack of match fitness catching up with him; his legs look heavy.Time to for fresh legs.
18. If Hoolahan wasn''t on the pitch, that chance would have never have came his way.  Pleased for both players.I don''t think anyone else would have made that pass in that situation.
19. Good point. In my surprise at Wes being included I completely missed we were a winger short.  Be interesting to see how the formation will work.  I doubt Mr Hughton would put Hooly out on the wing.
20. RuddyMartinBennettBassongOlssonRedmondFerHowsonHoolahanElmanderHooperCertainly an attacking formation.  I''m quite please with that, personally, considering what we have available.
21.
What an utterly stupid, pointless and pathetic thread
Bit over the top?  It certainly beats watching everybody lose their collective cool over today''s result, surely?Don''t see the harm, personally.
22.
Come the next euro''s, summer 2016, where do you think the following players will be? Johnson - Millwall Fer - Athletico Madrid Hooper - West Ham RVW - PSV Ruddy - Reading (Premiership) Bassong - Marsaille Murphy - Leading our promotion charge Olsson - Stoke
Johnson - StokeFer - EvertonHooper - LeicesterRVW - Sporting LisbonRuddy - NorwichBassong - Metz (or anywhere in the French League)Murphy - Released (just playing the percentages on this one - hope to be proved wrong)Olsson - Tricky one, but I''ll go for: NorwichAdding one:Snodgrass: Newcastle.
23. Would tend to agree.I think Hughton''s somewhat negative approach hasn''t helped, but he has been pretty unlucky with injuries to so many key players, and as has oft been mentioned, who else could we bring in to replace him?
