2. Sun Sun Sun ! ...especially when its low in the winter. The Sun blinds the keeper and players (and the Barclay supporters ) ... Given the choice,it would be madness to play towards the N&P first half.
3. Together we stand, divided we will fall ? ..... http://www.pinkun.com/home/divided_support_is_not_helping_city_s_premier_league_struggle_1_3175119
4. It seems, based on our Boxing Day position, we are likely to survive this season. No worries then - See link below for reassurance... http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/data-team-finish-based-boxing-6435667
5. No. Went to the Milk cup semi ''85 v Binners with some school mates, which cemented my support.
6. ...on Freeview Channel 41 now. Interesting insight into her life, and you can brush up on a few recipes.

8.
Beards are quite common amongst Ipswich supporters. 9. I don''t expect anything. To many variables - Injuries , players leaving, and luck plays its part. But at a guess I suspect we will finish in the lower half, but fairly comfortably survive. I think we are doing ok at the moment. What I would like is to nick a Europa league spot within the next 3 yrs.
10. Lets hope so. Despite my OP I don''t actually think it will be a problem in the Premier League - The players already earn a lot of money, and there is too much focus on their actions. It will more likely be a problem in the lower leagues...examples must be made of the players recently caught out. Trouble is now each time there is a suspect challenge..it makes you think.
11. Bizarre red card tackle by Brown on RVW so late in the game.....possibly a good example of an individual trying to match fix?
12. Lol.....I would pay good money to see a picture of this Portmancabin ! Does someone live nearby who can take a picture ? Think of the posters, mugs, and merchandise you could make and sell...
13.
Looking at the League Table and the fixtures i''m really struggling to see us avoid relegation. I am basing it on the last 4 games of the season being no brainers and zero points and personally think we will get about 22 points from our remaining fixtures giving us a total of 39 points. Will that be enough? I hope so! Either way its going to be a nail biting finish. Yes I know all the other teams have got to play the big boys again, but not the last 4 games in a row. Its a daunting thought....
If the League title, Champs league, and Europa spots have been decided, I think this can be the best time to play top sides, as they may take their foot off the gas.......look at the end of last season.
14. As mentioned above, your biggest problem could be Christmas shopping parking / gridlock. Or the train from Wymondham...11 minutes journey time, arrive a stones throw from the ground, no stress, ...love it.
15. ....struggling to stay awake for us on MOTD, well down the pecking order as usual.
16. In light of the passionate debate in this thread, how this for an ''Inspirational'' start to match day.......   There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them. - Denis Waitley Failure is the condiment that gives success its flavour. - Truman Capote Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things. - Peter F. Drucker What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. - Henry Stanley Haskins
17. Maybe if this league did exist we may avoid some 5+ goal defeats.....
18. Is the gap between the mega rich ''top clubs'' and the rest now so wide that it is time for a European Super League ? Seems like it could happen.............. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/champions-league/10370046/European-Super-League-will-be-a-reality-in-five-years-claims-Galatasaray-chairman-Unal-Aysal.html
19. Heyyyy...Fab Quag,   always brings a smile when \I see this thread reappear. Is this the longest lived and most replied thread of all time?
20. Got to say I am warming up to the idea of Phelan. Ask me again after this Saturday... He''s probably seen it all, but could he DO it himself ? Has he ever expressed any wish to manage his own club? Some people prefer to be influential followers. He has a good past relationship with us, and is in the Hall of Fame.  One thing that is often overlooked - he will be very well connected, this could open up many doors for getting in other players and coaches and staff, who may want to play / work with him. We could do a whole lot worse.
21. Rumours gathering momentum............... http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/352849/Mike-Phelan-to-replace-Chris-Hughton-as-Norwich-boss The right hand man of the most successful manager of all time.... Would he be right for us ?
22. ....its become his trade mark. I now expect the 85+min confusion.
23. He will not be sacked in the morning. I think he will at least be given the C Palace game, and possibly more. The West Ham win and even the loss today may not be seen as too bad considering he has been disadvantaged by injuries (another one today). There were some positives today, but many old negatives, very late subs to name just one. Palace - who are now on the bounce, has become critical. Would I sack him in the morning - No.
