  1. Hi All, I haven't posted a message for quite a while! Unfortunately I cannot go to tomorrow's game at Wembley. If anyone is interested in a pair of tickets - Blue zone / Block 522 - please send me a private message for details. Thanks.
  2. The thought of Paul Lambert with an 1p5wich scarf over his head at the new manager photo shoot sickens me. Mr Lambert - if you are reading this.... just don''t do it !!
  3. Thanks for replies. Just called NCFC ticket line and Greater Anglia to check. No extra trains planned. Liverpool St 23.30 is last train back to Norwich.
  4. Anyone else considering the train there and back? If there''s extra time or even penalties the last train back looks too tight for time. Anyone heard of any extra or later trains being laid on? Any advice much appreciated.
  5. Active and involved at pitch side, always standing. Honest during interview & accepted responsibility. The play off''''s and final. I always got the impression he gave 100%.
  6. Yes. East - Russell Roof Tiles Stand. Away fan standing. GA General Access.
  7. Forgot to mention.....The ticket is in the standing area for away fans.
  8. Anyone interested in one ticket for tomorrows game for £21.50 ...and can collect from Wymondham this evening ? Send me a PM message !
  9. Yesssssssssssssssss ....I did a knee sliding goal celebration across my lounge the carpet when they stuck that goal in! Well done The Imps. ha ha ha ha ha!
  10. Bennett deserves chance... I said this to a fellow supporter last Saturday - whilst queuing for a pre-match pint in the Queen of the Iceni. His reply; " He won''t play... You know why?...cause there is a pay per play deal with his ex club Peterborough " Seems a bizzare thought considering how much TV money is at stake, but do you think there is any truth in it?
  11. Good thought with the A505. I have used the "BBC Travel" website...just type in Wembley and it will show a live map of any hold ups. Well worth a look before you leave.
  12. Leaving from Wymondham in the morning, parking at a tube station four stops from Wembley. So much to consider; 1. Fried brecky stop. 2. Will there be lots of traffic being a Bank Holiday...and the Play Off Final ? 3. Road works, M25 grid lock, punctures, even car breakdown ! Was going to leave Wymondham at 8am....is that early enough ? What time are you leaving and from where ?
  13. Anyone else heard any news a mass " If you don''t bounce" tomorrow at 3.05pm ? Hopefully just after our first goal !
  14. Level 2...Block 222 !! Can''t wait.
  15. Thanks for your help. Just imagine driving down to a tube station to find them closed. Nightmare.
  16. National Rail; Last updated 18/05/2015 14:00 Route affected National Rail routes TOC(s) affected Abellio Greater Anglia; Arriva Trains Wales; c2c; Caledonian Sleeper; Chiltern Railways; CrossCountry; East Midlands Trains; Eurostar; First Great Western; First Hull Trains; First TransPennine Express; Gatwick Express; Grand Central; Great Northern; Heathrow Connect; Heathrow Express; Island Line; London Midland; London Overground; London Underground; Merseyrail; Northern Rail; ScotRail; South West Trains; Southeastern; Southern; Stansted Express; Thameslink; Virgin Trains; Virgin Trains East Coast; EDP; The strike does not affect London Underground services and there are a number of alternatives to avoid the disruption. Supporters arriving by train at Stratford can take the Jubilee line direct to Wembley Park- which is situated at the start of Wembley Way. Alternatively, fans can take a Central line tube service to Liverpool Street and then join a Metropolitan line service to Wembley Park from there ??
  17. I have read the latest update in the EDP which clearly says the tube train is not affected by the strike, but this completely contradicts the advice given on the National Rail website. Confused. Some one has got their advice badly wrong....but which one ? Most likely the EDP?
  18. 10.30 train from Thorpe Station looks a good option, but I use the train for every home game from Wymondham to Norwich and it is absolutely packed. Anglia trains do not seem to respond to unusual levels of demand by providing extra capacity on trains. So..pre-book tickets..or just turn up at the station on the day ?
  19. Yes. I bought a ticket online last time. Over the moon I was having never been to Portman Road. I received a call the next day from our club office who explained my ticket was cancelled and refunded my credit card. They explained I had to be accompanied by an under 16 and apologised that this was not made clear during the booking process. Sick as a parrot I was.
  20. Will there be any extra trains provided for travel to the game at Ipswich next Saturday? I have checked Anglia trains website but no news as yet. Any thoughts ?
  21. After Saturday''s game Alex Neil was in Yellows with McNally around 8pm having a chat with some fans. Good on him.
  22. Don''t forget FC Nantes........... http://www.supporters-direct.org/news-article/les-canaries-norwich-city-supporters-trust-twins-with-a-la-nantaise
