Maybe I an jumping the gun...

When Kei signed it was mentioned that Norwich have already agreed the fee and have first refusal. I do echo the sentiments about David Nielson. Kamara has had 30 very good minutes, he now needs to put together a few performances in a row. (I sound horribly like Wiz don''t I).
But its true, look how Cody Mac started.....but we do have first option on him, its all agreed.
Not a bad start for a Yank nobody, eh?
He''s not American, he''s from Sierra Leone :) -

I''ve seen funnier diseases than this thread. -
Why do the Hughton should stay brigade feel like they have some sort of moral high ground? The mocking of those who think he should go seems weird to me, there is definitely a strong case that he shouldn''t be in charge, especially based on performances. Not everybody who thinks sacking Hughton could well be a good move is some sort of Lambert-loving, canary calling, Blackpool idolising idiot. Any manager who had taken 4 points from 27, seen his team score 1 goal in 6 games and got knocked out of the FA cup to non league opposition would be under a lot of pressure. Hughton is probably getting off lightly here at Norwich who are as a football club extremely patient and forgiving. Nothing wrong with patience in general but approaching the last 1/4 of the season we just can''t afford to risk Hughton''s backs to the wall approach taking us down. The "who do you replace him with" argument is valid, but there are definitely a few managers out there I''d rather see in charge.

February and the Bottom Eight.

Newcastle will be absolutely fine, as will West Ham. The key thing is there are 3 worse teams than us, even though they are picking up a few scalps (which always happens). QPR have a huge job on their hands to stay up. Reading, Southampton and Wigan have worse squads than us and less points. I know Wigan have this reputation but I don''t think it means much, it wont save them this season. I don''t want to rely on teams being worse than us but I think it might be our saving grace. -
They''re in for Kevin Davies now I hear?

I don''t really have any hard feelings towards Hughton and he''s done some good things since he''s been here, we''re not in the relegation zone now, but I just think we''re on a downward spiral and action is needed to stop it. £12 mill on players or £10 mill on players and getting hughton out/new guy in? I know those figures are guesswork but you get the idea. I know which I''d go for right now. -
Most transfer targets would stay the same and a new manager might bring some of his own too, or clout with a player or two to bring with him. I think it is either sack Hughton today or give him til the rest of the season. I think there will be a serious discussion this evening. It seems to me the dressing room has been lost and if we are to stay up we need to be proactive.
