  1. Would like to see us have a minutes silence next Saturday v Aston Villa.
  2. Herman - yes I have heard of passive smoking, but my window is always open a bit for the boys. I mainly smoke outside - even on remembrance sunday at the cenataph!!
  3. I don''t like the club cabbage. I drive my two boys to games, that way we can stop when/where we like, and I can have a fag while driving.
  4. I don''t understand why he keeps putting his two pennith in every so often ! he''s gone now, other players who have left don''t keep saying things. He was at Gillingham a while, he never says anything about them!
  5. We don''t go to church apart from christmas & easter.  We go to Remembrance Sunday at our local cenataph & open air worship in the summer where my kids like singing modern songs. I prefer being outside to being inside a church, and at least being outside at either of these I can have a fag!
  6. Normally yes, on the game nearest to Rembrance Sunday (West Ham, Nov 9th)
  7. Minutes silence at Birmingham v Watford on Saturday according to the official site
  8. I think the departure of Holt is a massive failing on Hughton, not being able to better the deal - I think Hughton''s position is now untenable. How can he stay when he has let go of not only our best player, but the leading scorer for the last three seasons??
  9. Where is everyone drinking in Manchester City on Sunday?
  10. I know its a little way off, but I have been looking at the pubs in the area of the ground. Where is the best place that NCFC fans will drink beforehand?
  11. I am usually eating my pie then so to avoid choking I can''t chant and eat at the same time.
  12. They are different this week - Minced Beef & onion
  13. Mister Chops - I don''t understand why fans in the N & P tut at you rustling and making a noise eating your pie unless it was during a minutes silence in which case you would have to eat it silently.
  14. Why are the match day pies always the same now and why was there not a minutes silence for Ron Hansell?
  15. What a clueless useless man making subs to late and not knowing where to turn when the opposition score - and I think Delia''s time at the club has come to a natural end too never hear nothing from her now.
  16. ...minutes silence Saturday for rememberance. Excellent well done Reading.
  17. Ha ha very old fashioned!! Yes I shall remember to take my wallet (my kids like putting money in the collection) and watch but I don''t use spectacles or a hat. As for the rest I agree with apart from the smoking.. my 17 year old is coming with us this year so he will want a fag too!!
  18. Who on here is going to a remembrance service on Sunday? I''ll be going to the one in the park in Yarmouth with my kids. Just hope it stays dry as I don''t fancy sitting in the church and I like to be able to have a fag during the service!!. Last year was one of the best attended so hopefully this year will be no different.
  19. Unfortunately its applause on Saturday, although I would have prefered another silence given everyones reaction last night.
  20. The minutes silence last night was fantastic you could hear a pin drop. Adults & kids alike had so much respect. One young lad even put down his crisps & drink as we stood for the silence.
