1. It was actually his pony tail that got caught but he had to be freed!  There are loads of escapades he has achieved over the years (normally drink related and NCFC away days) which is why his work colleagues (that all know he is ok and will be laughing at himself too) are desperate for either a picture or anything!
2. We just want to add this to his scrapbook of other injuries, including getting his ear caught in an escalator (dont ask)!
3.
Would you be doing the same if god forbid he''d had a heart attack? [:^)]  Or if that was your father, mother?
No, but then I know that he hasnt had either of those things!  It''s not tasteless, or unpleasent, its called friendly work banter.  Some of us including Darren have sense of humours.
4. There are close to 50 of his work mates trawling youtube as I type!!
5. The ''old boy'' in question is a work mate.  Does anyone have any video footage of it?  ha ha.  Serious, any footage, please let me know!
6. i spent quite alot of time up there last year and loved the place. Its the hardest town in the world to spend a tenner on a night out due to its buy one get three pints free mentality! The ground is right next door to a morrisons funny enough as well! Just dont go calling anyone a monkey hanger!
7. was he laying down some trip hop beats at the same time? Must have been Tricky
8. Really!  Not from where I sit
9. At first I was chuffed, and then I read this statement from Macnally   "Paul and I have worked together in the past but it''s certainly no old pals'' act, Paul has been selected by the Norwich City board and it''s the directors'' view he''s the best man for the job."   The boards track record................hmmm
10.

After carfeful thought Nigel Adkins is the new City boss
my money''s on him as well and would be satisfied with that
Not another keeper!
11. The world has just lost another genuine, honest and modest human being, and a great loss at that.  Sir Bobby, you were one of the few gents left in the game with your integrity but your passion too and you will be missed.
12. The pink un was not just there for NCFC, but is the lifesblood for many amatuer football sides.  Many of us could see this happening ages ago.  If you look at the link below, you will see that it was raised about lack of exposure for the smaller local sides.  People dont want to spend £1 nowadays on something they get to read online anyway, however had more local issues, reports and club features had been added, you never know, after all who doesnt like seeing their own name in print, and thats what the junior football section gave you 10 years ago.  This was slowly whittled down to 4 or 5 pages covering the whole of football in Norfolk other than NCFC or kings Lynn.  Thats over 200 clubs given just half an issue!  Shame on you archant     http://www.pinkun.com/cs/forums/1018897/ShowPost.aspx
13. It must be horrible being burdoned with all this inside knowledge wiz!!  Oh sorry, maybe not so....!
14. This is where it all goes wrong.  If he is stalling or waiting for a better offer, drop it now.  Players should be biting off Gunny''s arm to come here, especially those from clubs in the same league or Scotland. The club got in this position by signing people who didnt really want to be here to start with, so Mr Hughes, you either do or you dont.
15. Am I missing something here?  NCFC is a business that has under achieved for many seasons despite support that 90% of other clubs would kill for.  The rebate was offered as a sweetener to get people to renew after another season of utter drivel.  Any business confident of their product would never have offered such a rebate, and so by offering it in the first place, the club knew it had gotten into a hole that only a giant ladder (or bleedingheart softies) could get them out of it!   I do applaud those who didnt as much as Foulger for matching the sum, however to say that people were wrong to claim the rebate back, or worse still, Foulger for expressing his ''disappointment'' is a case of ''black'' and ''kettle''.  People have been disappointed for quite some time now yet stayed loyal.  I believe that this is the start of a little realism returning to the ranks of fans.
16. A line does need to be drawn in the sand with respect to Gunn.  Maybe that same line can be used as a gauge.  Lets judge him on his signings, tactics and results.  If they work, let''s not allow the board any credit what so ever!
17. Regardless of any % win figures, success is based on trophies.
18. Gunn has been appointed whether we like it or not but yet again we have been sold short by Mrs Smith and the rest of the monkeys.  Do I blame Gunn for taking the job?  Well if some mug offered me a good salary to try and manage a professional team with 20,000 fans, I would take it!  Ha.My issue isnt with the big man himself, although sitting on Anglia news more or less begging for the ''opportunity'' made me like him that little bit less (integrity is something you need later on to gain respect) although I dont believe he is going to be anything other than Delia''s yes man in the same way that Phil Neal was to Graham Taylor''!Picture the scenario:Delia:  ''Those horrible fans are disrespectful''Gunn: ''Disrespectful - yeah, disrespectful''Delia: ''I saved this club''Gunn ''club saved....Disrespectful''........you get the picture!!Delia and co only act upon bad publicity or money.  Who can remember the ''if we hit 16000 attendances we will break even'' statement?  We have been lied to, spun and generally ''sheet'' on, and the appointment of Gunn just goes to show that anyone is dispensible in their eyes.  Club legend?  Pah! That doesnt matter to them. No one is bigger than Delia and she is proving that by being prepared to sacrifice him and allow him to be the hate figure.  I would have hoped that she had a bit more loyalty to him than that.Lets see her attitude when attendances start dropping.  I wish him luck and hope he does it like all fans (although any success will soon be spun into how ''they'' took a gamble and it paid off), but I wont hold my breath.
19. I think its been plain to see over the last 10 years or so that its only ''our club'' as and when they need us.  The rest of the time its ''their club'' whether you agree or not.Historically our best managerial appointments have come from ''outside'' the club.  Saunders and Bond were ''outside'' appointments with Brown coming as Bond''s assistant, and all three managed to get us to Wembley, something Stringer, Walker, Deehan, Megson and the rest never managed.
20.

Great thumbs up there I.S.  Do you have experience in entertainments? With a thumbs up like that you would be sure to get the Corporate entertainments job down at Carrow road!!
I sometimes host parties at my personal residence, and can often be seen at my local boozer entertaining myself. Plus, I make a mean Prawn Mayo sandwich. Will that do?
I.S:  You are way to qualified to be entertainments manager, besides, Delia saw the thumbs up and liked the positive vibe of the message so you are in line for public relations.  Can you pronounce ''tickety-boo'' in a happy jolly fashion too?  Keep this up and Gordon Brown will be quaking in his boots as well!!! ha
21. I think the same can be said for all the ''happy happy'' people out there prepared to be crapped on time and time again.  Mind you, I suppose for some of you its only been for a number of months rather than the decades some of us have had to put up with.
