1. Reasons why Gunn will get the job are as follows: - The board (his friends) will feel bad for not giving him a fair crack at it so he will be appointed. - The board THINK the majority of fans are behind him, when it doesn''t appear that they are. - They can pay Gunn next to nothing to hold the position. - They can''t, and have no money, to get a better man for the job. Just my thoughts. I DONT want Gunn as manager but feel the writing is on the wall...................in sh*t.
2. Mark Robins, Paul Ince or Aidy Boothroyd.
3. Gunn had 19 games. He was the head of recruitment so had some idea of players that roeder brought in. Gunn should just leave. He''s not a manager, he''s just the club''s odd job man. Its a f******g disgrace that he''s being considered for the job.
4. I''ve just posted the below in another thread that I started yesterday. I was the person who was told by an unknown Carrow Road employee yesterday that Gunn had been given the job. Below is my post from my other thread: I''m still unsure as to whether the man I saw outside the ground was telling the truth as I still think Gunn will be manager. When I saw Gunn on SSN leaving the ground we quickly made my way to the ground to see if we could see anyone as my mate lives two minutes away from CR. We saw Munby leave in his car, we then saw Doncaster in the car park, a fan had caught up with him. When Doncaster drove away I asked the fan what Doncaster had said and all he had said was "It was a very positive meeting on all fronts". Make of that what you will.

6. The last time I heard this was a season or two ago by the announcer. But I heard it twice in our promotion winning season against West Brom at home when we drew 0-0. What does "Mr Carrow is in the barclays stand" mean?
7. He loves the attention though. The way people were talking I thought he talked to Sky for ages, but he couldnt wait to get away. I found it strange as if a camera is about, Gunn is about.
8. I have e-mailed Doncaster plenty about my desperation that Bryan Gunn is not made manager of this football club. The e-mails are always replied to, but never answered. My last e-mail was on Monday night after the fans forum where I told Doncaster exactly what I thought of Gunn and his pathetic behaviour at the fans forum, getting involved in little arguments with the fans etc. He didn''t comment on Gunn''s behaviour, just thanked me for the e-mail. I won''t e-mail again before any appointment as I''ve said my piece. I will e-mail after Gunn is appointed though and in no uncertain terms tell them exactly what I think of it. I have already typed the e-mail, it''s ready to send once they announce Gunn has the job.
9. I don''t see why Gunn can''t just leave this club alone. Get a job at Norwich Union or something. Or if he wants to remain close to the club then get a job on the check out at Morrisons.
10. I was one of many very disappointed fans last night when I heard that Gunn was on SSN saying he had the job. In between watching Barca Chelsea I was flicking to SSN to see if I could catch Gunn on there, I finally did and couldn''t believe that there was such a big fuss over that. He said the meeting was positive but couldn''t wait to get away from the press. The Bryan Gunn we know would have milked the press attention for all it was worth if things were that positive, surely. But he seemed as if he was quite eager to get away from the reporter from Sky.
11. .....as the board probably won''t me twice in two days. They will each go away and think about things. Which means next week we MIGHT hear something relating to what''s going to happen. I just want to know who our manager will be, I pray it''s not Gunn, but fear it will be. But, yeah, I don''t expect to hear anything until next week now.
12. wasn''t he head of player recruitment? I know Roeder had the final say in signing but come on, surely Gunn can''t rely too much on the team not being his. Plus he did bring in his own players too - some ok, some very poor indeed. It just seems that Gunn will cling on to this job by any means necessary.
13. To be honest, Im just getting a bit tired of Gunn now. Always appearing on radio or tv telling us why he should be manager, it''s starting to stink of desperation. He sometimes sounds like someone from The Apprentice. If he truly loved the club he would walk away knowing that he isn''t the right man for the job.
14. I can only go off what i was told. Yes it was a random man in a suit, but it happened. Yes it may have been on the wind up, but I have nothing to cling to that tells me otherwise so as far as im concerned Gunn has the job.
15. I totally and completely understand why some cant believe me, i just relaid to you what I was told. Thats all.
16. Mark Robins would have been my vote, but they obviously didnt even interview anyone. Disgrace.
17.

I keep checking both official and pinkun for an announcement but nothing yet. I''m finding it really hard to back us now, I hate what we''ve done today in giving Gunn the job. I''m not sure I can sit in my seat week after week and watch Gunn manage us. This is so poor.
Before anyone gets too carried away lets not forget this is not confirmed. It could have been any random punter you spoke to and he may just have been winding you up!
True. I really hope i was being lied to but i fear i wasnt.

19.
If this rumour does turn out to be true - i for one am happy about it. Rome wasn''t built in a day - take a step back to take 3 forward. Might aswell back him if he does get it
This could potentially be the worst post I have ever read on here.
20. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Although ''some'' will be pleased no doubt.
