As a lot of people are now calling for Craig Fleming to be dropped from the side, i was wondering who you lot thought should take over his reigns as captain. Is there anyone else in the side that can do this job as good as he can?

I''m going to be first to say it, Craig Fleming had a good game against Leeds on Saturday. Alot of people get on his backs as soon as he makes 1 mistake but we dont praise him when he has a solid game. I thought he played well with Shacks and made some good interceptions and considering Shakell was the man marking Rob Hulse all game you can not blame Fleming for the goal.

i feel sorry for neil adams on these phone ins having to put up with these callers. Maybe some of you lot should phone up, you seem to make good points on these boards!

He helped get us into the premiership before, no fee to pay, just a 2 year contract. What do you think? I would welcome him back with open arms!

Yes i was too very dissapointed with Jason Jarrets performance. I understand that he is still trying to build up his fitness and it wasnt the most important game of his life, but to be honest he stood out as the worst player on the pitch. I was very dissapointed.

roy had accepted to open a fete thinking that the coventry game was away, so he would have not been commentating, then he couldnt get out of it so he ended up not doing the commentry today

i think we have alot to thank flem for. it''s wrong to say he was at fault for all our poor performances last season. he has an important role in helping jason shackell to develop as a defender.

Somehow over 1 million per foot of his lanky frame does not seem like good business from the merseyside club. Good on the saints for getting that price for him, although i hope mr. Redknapps back pocket isnt big enough to go and buy lots of new good players.

Things are lookin up! Worthy is keeping to his words, there really were more signings to come. Of Course no-one ever doubted him!!! Lets hope the contract negotiations go through quickly so we can see our new versatile new midfielder in action on saturday at southend.

I agree, i think that we will be the team thought that every other team tries to beat if you know what i mean. We will have to wait and see if that is a good or a bad position to be in. I am to very optomistic, i cant wait! OTBC (jarret in for francis though on your team)
