1.

If we swap Hoolahan foe Lee it will just show what a waste of space we have managing us now .
I Agree.
I''m not so sure. I don''t think Hoolihan was as great as all the hype would have you believe. Yes he was good in parts of games but was he consistently good? I don''t think so. I''d rather have Lee in with some cash. If the Yeates rumour is true and we managed to sign him then we would, IMO, have a better player or at least a more consistent player!
2. The Yeates one suprised me too. The rest is pretty much as expected and I don''t think you need to work at the club to know that the majority of them deals will probably go through. Again suprised that we would be in for Lee and Dickinson but maybe another will be going out...a Cureton maybe? I don''t know a lot about Yeates but he certainly seems to have performed well in League 1 over the past couple of seasons and a Championship move wouldn''t surprise me. That''s not to say we aren''t in for him though if we have some Clingan cahs to spend?
3. I have a mate who works at the club and rumour has it there will be a lot of activity in and out of he club by the end of the week. A lot of it has been in the media for a while. Clingan will finally leave, with talk of him going to Derby. Liam Dickinson may be part of this deal as we are looking to sign him rather than loan him. Hoolihan is, as expected, going to Palace with Alan Lee joining. Doyle will join as expected on a season''s loan. AND a name I''ve not heard us linked with yet is Mark Yeates from Col U. My mate has heard that we are trying to sign him. Apparently, Matty Pattison will also be moving on before the end of the month.
4. I received my letter today and I like Ren''s idea. I will be using my rebate for an away trip!
5. Agree Dan, Cureton shouldn''t start. He is out of form and can not be sharp as he just hasn''t played. Whether that sharpness comes from fitness or confidence Shyster I''ll let you argue that one out. Lee and Cody for me up front with Gow on the left ahead of the terrible Carney
6. I''m with ncfc90. Gow has to start on the left ahead of Carney with Lee and Cody up front.
7. I honestly don''t think we''re far from this...lets wait and see at the next couple of home games!
8. TAXI FOR ROEDER http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=p3VuZyyuZy4 RONSEAL
9. Am I missing something? Aren''t the whole squad ''off to Sheff Utd''? [;)]
10.
He is on a performance related contract - if we fall into the bottom 4 Roeder can go for as little as a month''s salary!!
Is this true or just rumour James? I hope this is correct and would''ve been a wise move by the board.
11. Yeah good question. Billy Davies was my choice had we acted sooner but we missed that boat!!
12. No, I hope he goes but don''t think it will happen. Also think it is difficult as it''s January and we have a desperate need for a couple of players. We would need to sack him and appoint someone within a week which just doesn''t happen at Norwich!!
13. All I keep hearing is that we can not afford to get rid of Roeder. It really annoys me because the question should be ''can we AFFORD to keep Roeder?'' and the relegation that will surely follow!! If Roeder is not the right man we MUST get rid of him. We can not afford to continue the current demise of this club. The board have to get rid of the manager if they feel that he is the wrong man.
14. ...perhaps we could sell Glenn Roeder to Newcastle United. They seem to need some help and he was one of their most successful managers of recent years. He even told us as much.
15. ...about football...take a look at the ''managerial career'' section of this Wiki link. His managerial career seems to suggest he''s not the most clued up either... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glenn_Roeder I think I read the word ''relegation'' against every one of the clubs he has been involved with and he wasn''t appointed to save each of them as he was with us last season. The article seemed to suggest HE was responsible for taking the clubs close to relegation in most cases!!
16. Totally agree that we can not afford to do nothing! I can''t stand the people that say we can not afford to get rid of Roeder. Can we afford to keep him and the relegation that will follow?? No brainer IMHO.
17. It has to be Billy Davies for me and I am surprised that so few have mentioned him. Good record in this division.
18.
Aren''t football fans fickle. I bet most of you were singing roeder''s praises when we went on the unbeaten run. The way I see it there isn''t a manager who would do a better job. Glenn has us playing good football and he has my full support. For me Glenn got the team right against Preston and its a game we would of won without the sending off.
Are football fans fickle Jim or are they just willing to give a manager time at the start to build a team and judge him when he is happy with the team he has in charge? (i.e. now) I forget we''re flying at the top right now with Roeder''s team. I forget we are playing some great attacking football, I mean that game at Burnley and the one at Derby they were classics I can''t wait for the DVD. I forget that we are unbeatable on the road this year...I forget that we have turned Carrow Road back into a fortress and all of this with Roeder''s team!! We should give him the key to the City. It''s a results business and unfortunately Jim we don''t seem to be getting them - you can close your eyes and believe it''s down to luck if you like but I believe it''s down to Roeder''s management.
19.

Also just back, CA has made copious notes of all the questions. In a nutshell there is no investment, Cullum never made an offer. Most of the questions were directed at Roeder who was arrogant and was roundly booed on several occasions. He eventually apologised but it was about as sincere as I am in offering my best wishes to the scum. A couple of people thanked Delia and Michael for what they had put into the club, but every question (and I mean every question ) was anti and critical. Several on Huckerby. I will leave all that to CA!! Lots of hands up against re electing Doncaster. All in all I summarised that we are managed by a very arrogant man who thinks he''s above everyone else and the Board haven''t got a clue what to do for the future (they were asked what their long term strategy was and MWJ ended up asking the crowd what they would do). Clueless and penniless. I do admit to having some sympathy for Delia, Michael and Mr Foulger, their hearts are in the right place but they have made too many errors and I am afraid a very big one appointing our current manager. Very worried. Positives - meeting Nutty - lovely to meet you at last. Oh and nice to catch up with lots of people I haven''t seen for a while, including Keith Roads. More power to your elbow, Keith. Oh and the drinks are so expensive we should have enough to persuade Lita to stay on another month. Have to disagree with that one Gazza, as much as i dislike Roeder now nobody can deny he did a magnificent job last season. We were a complete shambles heading for League 1 and he totally turned things around. Remember the unbeaten run? Roeder was without doubt the right decision at the time, given our position and budget.
I think the misjudgement is keeping him for longer than needed. We should''ve  paid him well to come in and save us (done his hatchet job on a short term contract) and then thanked him and said goodbye. Roeder is very good at sorting out a mess, stopping the rot and stabalising. I''m not too sure about his credentials at motivating a team and taking it forward.
20.

It was the 2nd question when a man asked him what happened to the strong athletic players  Roeder had previously said he would need to make us a successfull team. Roeder replied very aggressively '''' I must have missed your tenure with England''''
lol... he should of responded back... "I must of missed yours too.... but I do remember you being rather p!ss poor at Watford, Burnley and Newcastle... things seem to be following a similar pattern here don''t they Mr Roeder???"  [:D]
I think he was involved with the coaching at one stage wasn''t he...might have been U21''s or something. I can''t stand Roeder now. Far too arrogant; he''ll lose the team soon and all fans if he hasn''t already!

22. No. In terms of a manager to stop the rot at a club and give the players a kick up the Ar$e I think he''s your man. In terms of a manager to motivate a team and get it moving forward - no way!
