1.
we would be better buying 1 or 2 championship quality players rather than 3 or 4 league 1 players because when we go up we will only have league 1 to go with !
Erm......yep.
 2. The couple of times I''ve ever seen him play, he''s always looked fairly solid, not afraid to get his head on the end of things. I''d be pleased if he signed - the sort of player we are going to need!
 3.
Canarytom, have you ever considered appearing on don''t forget the lyrics with shane richie? Anyone that can recite the words to congratulations by cliff richards must have an over exhausted wrist!
Yeh it''s not like you can copy and paste things directly off the internet now is it? How do you do it tom??
 4. I''d wager I''m at least a couple of years older than you Shaun, but that''s irrelevant. As for taking ages to reply, the post that I replied to with the ''Congratulations'' comment was not at all associated with Norfolk&Chance or the avatar/user name debate. The N&C comment was posted after my ''Congratulations'' reply, so unless I''m supposed to predict or preempt another poster''s thoughts, how can I be taking ages to think about things? If you''re going to get involved at least get your facts right Shaun. I love Family Guy, one of the funniest things on TV. This doesn''t mean that I''m a crude individual or that I''m likely to find crude comments funny when they''re made in an inappropriate context. Incomprehensible though it seems, I don''t have to act in the same way as someone in my display picture or name. Finally, it''s ''Laugh? I thought I''d never start''. Good effort though kid.
 5. Good luck to the lad, these boys are the future (and quite a big bit of the present as well!).
 6. Going off that logic Norfolk&Chance you must be a kangaroo then or at the very least own a kangaroo or be obsessed with kangaroos. No wait, you''re a bowing kangaroo that''s it. Because afterall, if you have something in your profile picture/name then it represents exactly what a person is all about. Irony? You said it. Silly boy.
 7. No thanks, there''s probably one very good reason at least why he''s being released by MK.
 8.

What are Mrs Clingan''s knockers like? Does she have a peachy bottom?
Not at all appropriate, we are talking about somone''s partner here. Grow up.
My god. I have never seen somebody so against everything on this messageboard. Do you gain something out of complaining to each poster in any way possible. Every joke thats posted,"Laugh. Thought I''d never start". Every slightly light-hearted post, and it''s ''not appropriate''. Think you need to lighten up a bit. It''s a wonder how you''re actually a fan of family guy, I''m suprised it doesn''t offend you or something.
I thought exactly the same thing!
Congratulations!
 9. A mixture of the two would be ideal. I don''t think the two need to be mutually exclusive.
 10. Definitely agree, stinks of desperation to me by NCISA. They havent really thought it through enough. Yes we''re in need of change and yes it''s perhaps time for drastic action now. But trying to deny the club the chance to get much needed funds seems ridiculous to me.
 11. I feel sure all the above players/points have already been discussed in countless other posts. Then again, why bother checking those eh?!
 12.

What are Mrs Clingan''s knockers like? Does she have a peachy bottom?
Not at all appropriate, we are talking about somone''s partner here. Grow up.
Why not?
Because there is no need to be so crude about things. What she looks like is irrelevant and its not fair to comment on such things. It''s insulting to women. People other than ourselves read these messageboards. Time to apply a little discretion my friend.

 14. Croft lacked quality but he had determination and at times he was one of the only players that looked like he cared about wearing the shirt. That to me is important.
 15. Gunn mentioned that he might be close to agreeing one or two things in his piece on the offy site. Could just be trying to curry favour with fans though.
 16. Laugh?? I thought I''d never start.
 17. Offensive enough, I''m not going to repeat it. Suffice to say that it was rude and unnecessarily so given the context of the original post.
 18. Crofty always gave his all and I''d have loved him to stay, but he''s not so it''s time to move on.
 19. There''s banter and then there''s just plain stupidity and immaturity Shyster. You must be so proud of that one.
 20. barclay seats 48/49 ....... Well that''s a well-balanced and mature argument if ever I saw one. Some people on here need to grow up a little me thinks......
 21.

Yeh she should just go and take all her money (which has been keeping this club alive) with her! She should clear off and leave the club on the verge of folding. That would be brilliant. What am I saying, there''s loads of other people out there who would selflessly pump millions of pounds into a bottomless pit of a business. Oh, yeh that''s right, there isn''t anyone else. Think about what you''re saying for a minute before jumping on the bandwagon. Where are the viable alternatives?!!
Grif, Just try and be objective about this for a moment. I want The Smiths to resign from the Board but they are perfectly entitled to either retain or sell their shares as they think fit. They can simply step down from the decision making side of the business which would be a move welcomed by the overwhelming majority of fans I would suggest. That way they could step down with some dignity and respect left intact  which lets face it is diminishing fast as things stand right now. They do NOT have to sell their shares for this simple move to happen. Jimmy Jone did exactly the same thing in late ''95 yet retained his 19% shareholding for some time thereafter. Would you be in favour of this if enough fans and influential pressure groups could meet wuth The Smiths and persuade them?   Re your point about ...''''leaving the club on the verge of folding'', how could this happen? Only way I could see is if she still has loans with the club on a ''repayable on demand'' basis. I would certainly hope that none of the contracts were signed on those terms and, as we know, she has converted most of the loans to shares anyway?
You make some very valid and fully justifiable points Yellow Rider, I still have to disagree with you overall but I can definitely see things from your point of view. I just oppose what has become an unnecessary witch-hunt against someone who has only ever tried to do their best for the club. To make personal remarks about someone who has done nothing to merit such treatment is something I find abhorrent (not that you have partaken in this). I''m not a ''St. Delia'' follower, but I do appreciate the efforts her and MWJ have put in.
