1.
that looks like a tesco uniform.... i think the best one was the all white one from 1997/98.. very swish :)   jas :)
I think some of the lads would look more like efficient workers in a tesco uniform than a norwich kit!!
 2. Is anybody else worried about our finances, we are in debt as are most football clubs but we''re still managing to pay big wages and transfer fees, I''m just a bit worried as to how much income we will get as we continue to fail as we will surely miss the income of the prem
 3.
shall i bring sandwiches or cakes, what a load of twaddle,no negatives to the players what do you think this will do make them happy.you are talking like the fans are 10 years old. get a life.   worthy in worthy in
wuvvy in wuvvy in wuhu matendies gweat sos wuvvy I think it will make a lot of the players happy actually. I think some of them at least want him gone, as I''m sure Ashton did, who on here would like their boss to be sacked, I know I would.
 4. sorry just read it on worthyout.co.uk yep i should think me and my friend will be there! Juninho?
 5.
I''m 18 and I''ve been since January 2000.   First game was Fulham away in the 00/01 season. Not sure what''s the best game I''ve seen in 6 years as a City supporter.
youve been 18 for a while boy! [:P]
 6. "He has played very well in the last couple of matches, one bad game (in a dire team performance) and you all descend on him like a pack of wolves. Nice!" I hope you are not including me in this one bad game b******s because I have been saying he is bad for a long time and shall continue to as this is my opinion.
 7.
another brick in the wall - OI WORTHY LEAVE THE TEAM ALONE
We dont need your thought control Worthy!
 8.
Juninho, McKenzie has one bad game and your packing his bags. Well he had a bad game but overall he''s a hardworker and generally a good player. Concerntrate on getting Worthington out and getting some cash for Etuhu, Hughes and Thorne to target some decent midfielders!
One bad game! ha!
 9. I am delighted to be replying to a Mckenzie post not creating one, he is poor! Absolute rubbish, yeah he works hard, so what! I dont care as it makes little difference when you can play that badly. Do you think its coincidense that we actually started playing football once he was taken off last week? I am sure there are people who would echo our opinions, come out wherever you are! OK he scored two on his debut or whatever, long time ago, nothing without Deano! Eurgh! Matendie Is sthooo good!
 10. Earnshaw, 2.75million, half his matches on the bench in spite of scoring the winner! Johansson, Large wages I''m sure but only benched a lot of the time in spite of scoring a few Rehman, similar but not even benched, what a waste! Etuhu, poor Hughes, poor Why would he rather play an ageing left back who is leaving us in a few months than a player who we payed £450,000 for? I want to see him, I think he''s good but just not a worthy player, he needs to be allowed to go forward. Thats just this season I could go on for days
 11.
Blimey, I''m a WO-er, but let''s give the guy a break! I know you don''t mean anything by this post Beno, but if anyone takes this as some kind of "I''m not dedicated to NCFC because I go home and put my feet up at night", is, frankly, a mentalist! I think Worthy''s learnt a lot from recent events, and I think he realises now that saying things like "I''m the manager, not the fans, blah blah", and getting overly excited when he silenced the WO songs when we scored one goal, were mistakes. Onwards and Upwards - win against Burnley, and I may start to believe again...
I understand completely, it was just that i got the idea he was very keen to get away from the club when some managers would be very dissapointed to leave at night! dont get me wrong, football shouldnt come into his private life and i feel for the guy with all these monkeys on his back. I just question his passion sometimes, not neccesarily because of this interview just in general
 12. Woman: "please Mr. Worthington, would you give my son a trial?" Worthy: "Foreigner? Ha! Not in my team!"
 13.
Should really be - Who was/is the best City striker you have seen play ?
Indeed! Being 15 mine has to be Dean Ashton I''m sure you''ll agree that in my 9 years of attending he is the best in terms of talent, but passion and character would have to be big Iwan i think! Chris Martin and Seb Muddel in years to come, if we ever get a manager who will play them.
 14. I personally think we came to rely on Ashton too much and he had little support on the pitch making him seem very individual and not a team player, which he now seems at West Ham! Certainly on the pitch.
 15. O.K, I really dont like to be a have-a-go merchant but I''ll admit I am in some cases! Especially Mckenzie! Again, sorry! Anyway what I''m leading to is Nigels interview, now it was all very innocent and nothing he said particularly offended me, however 1 small thing i did pick up on was how he spoke of getting away from work, describing Norwich as a job, which dont get me wrong it is! But its like being a rockstar or something, managing a team would be more of a privelage to me. Am I wrong? I realise he isnt a fan like us but it must be brilliant if at times stressful. It was just the way he seemed keen to get away from Colney. Once again I''m sorry and dont mean for this post to be about his personal lfe! Its more of an observation than anything, wether it makes anybody doubt his commitment is for you to decide.
 16.

Dream? Was it our dream at the start of the season? EXPECTATION is the word Hughes
If you want to let off some steam, go to your local museum and pull a chain on the puff-puff!
Haha, brilliant! I like it, I''m gonna add that insult to my personal collection
Thank god you didn''t take it seriously and go into a strop like some posters would have done!
Course not, I''ve learnt that theres no point on this messageboard, plus i knew you didnt mean any offence to me as your insult was humorous rather than hurtful! Nothing wrong with a bit of banter
 17. Ashton on sky sports said he was grateful that Norwich took a chance on him and also thanked crewe for bringing him up, just to let you know he isnt getting too big for his boots!
 18.
Thank you, Monkey27, for your fault finding. It was stated more than once that Ashton claimed he was fit, when events during matches proved him to be wrong. Worthington and the Physio took his word that he had no problem, then had to sub him when it was obvious he was struggling. Not so ridiculous to say he wasn''t interested in playing for Norwich - the agents and NCFC Board both said that Dean made it clear he wanted to leave and he did hide injuries because he was afraid of Prem teams losing interest if they thought him injury-prone. At Crewe he was still making his name - no-one took a chance until us, so he was an unknown quantity in the Prem - he left as soon as a Prem team came in for him (unsurprisingly). At West Ham, he''s where he wants to be (and earning the bucks too!) why should he sulk at either place? The only place his character has faced a test was with us this season. To my mind he failed. Perhaps you can find a different animal to pick holes in that - I think your monkey needs a lie down.
I think Deano was passionate abot playing, wether for the club or himself I''ll leave you lot to decide. He''s a brave man and was willing to put his body on the line, he had countless knocks to his head and always got up and soldiered on, I think that would say more to perspective buyers than a few injuries here and there. I dont understand how you think this is the only season his "character has faced a test" I''m sure at Crewe battling against relegation at a club which is rarely successful his character was being tested, last season he broke the record signing record and came with high expectations over his head, he passed his test with flying colours and almost kept us up! This season he broke West Ham''s record and he looks to be living up to a huge reputation and having to fend off competition from some great strikers there to keep his place. Looks like exceeding expectations and going to the world cup as well which in my opinion shows his great character. Dont question my monkey''s authority by the way
 19. I dont like him any more than I did Ashton because I was always a huge admirer of Deano''s quality and ability, I dont think Earnie will ever be as good as Ashton as a player but given the time at Norwich he could be an absolute legend! He always puts a smile on my face as he is such a character! Ashton always put a smile on my face with his immense performances and priceless goals, but as long as I''m smiling I dont mind!
