1. Opps forgot to finish Safri,7 - His usual good display, passing, movement, tackling were all top knotch, would have like to have seen him go for goal though [;)]
 2.
Nigel Worthington has revealed today that he has turned down a bid from Coventry City, and then another improved bid has also been rejected. I wonder what Nigel values Leon at? We paid around £250,000 for him plus a bit more for promotion which was achieved which eventually totalled about £400,000. I would have thought about £750,000 would do us nicely.
If we lose Mckensie that leaves us with very little attacking options, in fact none to be presise. We need Mckensie he is a quality striker, we should be strengthening our attack not weakening it. Can anyone name another proper striker in our team that we can rely on to play up front for us?
 3.

Not enough attacking threat. No away goals again. Good piont I guess but sould be beating teams like Derby. Get us some power up front.
An away point at teams like Derby isn''t bad!
If you saw the game today you wouldn''t be saying that! We should have won easily in the second half we dominated and only due to Earnie firing blanks did we not win. Should have brought Mckensie today, we would have won if he had played. Derby aren''t that good really, relegation material if you ask me if they keep playing like that and we should have all three points today.
 4. Gallager - 7 Did a good job, but nearly let us down in the first half, barely had anything to do in 2ndDrury - 7 Much better, shakey start though, worthy finally stopped drury taking RH corners/FKsDoc - 8 Should have a goal to his name, referee was an idiot, solid presence at the backShackell - 7 Excellent defending, kept the Derby forwards very quiet, strong in the airColin - 7 Excellent defending again, linked up well with croft but needs to be careful when going forwardOverall defensively we were very solid and Derby only really threaten a few times in the first half, second half was a very comfortable performance.Etutu - 9 Man of Match, lovely passing, good defending and oh so close to getting a goal absolutely brilliantRobinson - 7 Good solid performance, but needs to be more careful with his passingSafri - 7 His Croft - 9 If it was possible I''d give him man of the match too, great stuff again, Huckerby Mk2Huckerby - 5 A poor and lazy performance, very dissapointed in himAn excellent performance from our midfield today both in attack and defense, IMO we would have won if Hucks had been replacedEarnie - 6 Good passing and control but poor in front of goal, missed an absolute sitter the 4-5-1 isn''t working for him imoWe should have had Mckensie here today, would have been the perfect person to bring on, replace huckerby and go 4-4-2 Overall I''m dissapointed that we didn''t win, we were completely dominating in the 2nd half but really let ourselves down by the final shot. Still glad we didn''t conceed, got a point and played some excellent football.
 5. Personally imo a football game isn''t a place I''d take a young child, it''s an adult game and even if the fans were to be as sweet as pie the players don''t exactly set a good example either. I don''t believe you need to take them to a game to encourage them into the sport as I never really went til I was over 12 and I''m a bigger fan than most people. If was to take a child I''d keep to the family zone.
 6. Derby 0 - 2 Norwich (Earnshaw 53, Mckensie 79)
 7.
Is it me, or has he back-combed a bit ? http://www.whufc.com/news/?page_id=8208
Looks like he had a haircut too! Probably part of the new contract...
 8.
we have thorne (unfortunately), mcveigh, jarvis and henderson
With maybe the exception of Mcviegh, none of those are good enough to cover for Earnshaw. Again with the exception of Mcviegh none of them have any Premiership experience, unproven even in the league and I''d rather have Mckensie than any of them (excluding Mcviegh). Mckensie scored 7 goals in our Premiership season thats made him joint top scorer in our premiership season and IMO that does prove he could cut it certainly as much as anyone else in this team. He is an asset to this club and I hope he stays, our No. 2 striker by a mile and should be playing.
 9.
If he''s not prepared to stay and fight for his place and has thrown in the towel this early on then let him go.  He''s a championship player at best!  Take the money we can get and put it towards a player with the Green money that can take this place forward, not something that Mckenzie can do.
He''s proved himself at Premiership level several times last season IMO, let not forget he was the one of few players managing to score against Chelsea last season, also scoring against Man Utd, Man City. He''s always shown great passion for the game and some excellent skill, he is a welcome addition to our squad. BUT worthy has to make a choice he either plays him or sells him. Personally I don''t believe he should have to prove himself unlike other players have had to, as he''s always had excellent fitness and skill levels. He deserves a much better oppertunity, fair enough if he was playing badly but he''s barely had a good run out.
 10.
So yet another invention by Paul (or whoever he is this time) to argue against. The post was not an ''attempt to class Yankee as less of a fan than himself''.
Are you sure? because it looks pretty damn clear to me you are, in fact thats the only thing I''ve seen you do, patrolling the boards and mercilessly labeling anyone who says something negative as Anti-club.
 11.
while watching the england friendly, i moaned out load about the brass band & drummer who seem to turn up and ruin my enjoyment of these national occasions.  am i the only one who finds renditions of ''the great escape'' ''dambusters'' etc. tedious whilst the monotonous drum only serves to do my head in.  after tolerating my mini-rant, the missus told me to belt up, suggesting to me it was only people enjoying themselves and that a band at carra rd would help to liven up the atmosphere!who''s right on this one?
There''s no atmosphere in the river end or jarrold stand, you can put it there, might just get them going........but probably not
 12.
i take it all of you were regulars 92_93 season when norwich finished 3rd and got 12,000 for some home games
Firstly, why do you have -6 posts, me thinks someone is a badly behaved poster? Secondly I was only about 5 living in Nottingham so no I wasn''t. Does being a regular in 92 give you some god given right to be fickle or perhaps a better fan? If your thinking of bringing some kind of elitest fan attitude to this board, don''t bother it isn''t wanted.
 13.
WE ARE ALL NORWICH SUPPORTERS........PERIOD. Or so you would think. But no, we have to put up with this WO/KTF rubbish, and in doing so, damage our club, and get your head around this: I''ve even recieved mail moaning about me trying to unite all City fans.  Whatever are these people motives?. I call them people, because sure as hell, theyre not fans!. Can you imagine how ridiculous we look to away fans and the media?, no, bet you never thought about that did ya?. I have been in one of those camps, with all its associated hate and bile (yes, the other lot are just as bad!) and for what purpose I ask?, just to score childish points of each other, and damage our club. Why can''t we all unite under one big yellow and green banner and maybe even ban the use of the WO and KTF words on here. The Pink Un could and should lead by example here. Who knows?, we might even start a trend where we are just all City supporters and nothing else. Anyone else with me in signing a pledge to that effect?. PS. I have put this message on several City message boards as I believe its that important that we end this divesion as soon as possible.
Here, here Wiz, everyone is entitled to their opinion and say and shouldn''t be branded anti-club or club haters and the same goes for people be branding KTF. We''re all decent people on here and should be able to get along as such.I think we know the main cause of this trouble though, meationing no names ralph...
 14.
a group of 10 - 15 year olds scared the crap out of you? Oh dear....
Let not forget the there were 8 of them, easily enough to overpower 1 guy, I wouldn''t be surprised if they were armed as well... but maybe I''ve been stuck in nottingham too long, if anyone in a hoodie here is considered to be armed and dangerous lol
 15. Sounds like more dumb chavs, like the village idiot from medieval times, except add on the fact they are anti-social thugs. You never see them at Uni, wonder why that is....oh wait thats a lie I did see some chavs at our uni once but Security was quick to escort them away.
 16. I''ve always supported Norwich since I can remember, but as my home town is Nottingham I''ll always have them as my second team. Personally I only started being really into the game at 13, as a child you don''t really fully understand what the fuss is all about until you''ve grown up but that was probably just me lol [:P].
 17.
Drury has one average game and that''s going downhill sharpish ?
Well I''ve seen him in the last four games, and to me he''s looked poor, average at the best of times. Bad marking, poor tackles, practically gave the opposition a goal on saturday and to me yes that is going down hill sharpish, we could shrug our shoulders and say I''m sure he''ll be fine next week but for me he needs a good wake up call such as someone challaging for his position.
 18.
we r all over reactin. every 1 is sayin "were gna win the league if we carry on playin like this." and im like "yeah but weve only played 3 games anyway" people are sayin how the scum r at the bottom of the league but they will get sharper. however i do think well win the league this season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <:o)
This could have been a good post, your making a good point, which I agree with. Please try talking proper english though, instead of lazy text talk, it makes you posts more credible, understandable and people won''t think your winding them up. Plus ease up on the exclamation marks we will still get the point if you just put one.Anyway yes your correct it far to easy to get carried away with the excitement but we are only 3 games in and need to remain focused and if it continues theres a good chance we will win the league but the question is will it last.
 19.
Jesus Herb mate, get of his back, so what if he types how a fair few people type now in the uk, bet you could still understand it if you could be really bothered to. I think too many people on here feel themselves more superior than others because of some peoples writing and grammar skills and that annoys me. The same goes for treating people who are under 16, their points are just as valuble as everyone elses. So lay off people, its a football board not a school board. Rant over with. Ian age 28 and 1/3
No I agree with Herb on this that post is just lazy txt talk,  I also don''t have a clue what they are on about sounds like mad ramblings. It may be quicker to type for you but take longer for everyone to read. I''d like to point out that on messageboards that there is such a thing as netiquette, you don''t need to abbrivate this isn''t a text message there isn''t a character restriction and You don''t need 50 odd exclamation marks to make your point. This isn''t about grammar or spelling, its about having some manners towards other posters.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netiquette
 20.

The problem is you comment on the rumour as if it were a fact and then start criticising the manager for something that isn''t true, thats pathetic
If you read the post correctly Squit you''ll see he dosnt attack the manager, but I think you just want an excuse to have a go at Wiz, now thats pathetic
Apologies for confusing you UEA Canary, my post was in response to Pauls post that was above mine and it was a general comment that these type of rumours are commented upon as if they are factual, a diatribe against the manager usually follows (I think a good recent case was the Sutton to Ipswich non story). I''ll try and be less pathetic in future!
Thats fair enough squit, I can understand where your coming from and I apoligise for calling you pathetic. Firstly CJF = Paul correct? Secondly noone has really criticised the manager in this thread at all, so I don''t think it was necessary to bring it up. So can''t we just forget it and move on we''ve kept alot of the bad vitrol at bay for some time lets keep it that way.
 21.
Dickson has been absolutely mighty - everything we hoped Francis would be and never was. I predict bids from above in January, but we can''t let him go. Now we have to think of a song for him.
He''s got one, we were singing it on saturday [:D] was just a simple "Dickson Etu-tu" sung in the style of "Greeno for England"
 22. I would go with a LB drury is going downhill sharpish, but even if he does start to perform better we really need cover on that side and plus I think competition for his place will help him to get his performances back on track. Yes agreed on the target man, but I''m unsure of who that could be, time for a loan signing its worked before and it can work again
 23.
" Me and loads of others want to here about rumours about our club " What loads of others. Imaginary friends or something ? There is a section on this forum called Transfer Talk where you can put up stuff like that. My suggestion is that you have used this bit of groundless rubbish merely to attack the club, as per usual. Oh, and it''s hear not here (you with your university education and all, tut tut).
So who died and made you the post god? People regularly post transfer speculation in this forum you''ve never moaned, I don''t believe this post contains an attack on the club unless you can actually point it out to me? and if your such a great poster why don''t you do your own threads, instead of just going into other peoples and moaning and I''m sure you''ve never made a spelling mistake. Once again your just using any excuse to attack other supporters for no reason with pathetic name calling, grow up.
 24.
The problem is you comment on the rumour as if it were a fact and then start criticising the manager for something that isn''t true, thats pathetic
If you read the post correctly Squit you''ll see he dosnt attack the manager, but I think you just want an excuse to have a go at Wiz, now thats pathetic
 25.
is this a trailer for that movie, deja vu because I sure feel like I''ve seen this conversation before, like at least three times a week.
Do you have something better to talk about? I don''t see you posting anything new and interesting in the forum, so don''t start moaning about other peoples posts. Why don''t you try and do something construtive instead of being rude.
