1.
First as a third division club we cannot afford a Chief  EX this is the job of the Chairman, if he is unable or unwilling to do it, he too must be on the move. Re Gunn as manager NEVER, in his 19 games in charge we heard too many times ''They never turned up'' they may not had the skills, but they lacked MOTIVATIO, which should have come from the Manager.. Going back to the last time we were in the 3rd Div.finnishing bottom, going cap in hand seeking re-election we had 11 players giving 100% week in and week out. We tried making a manager  from the players, many like Lowe, he lost the respect afforded him due to results, and left the club
But we got a good ground!!!!!!!! (the board are on cookoo land!)
 2.

Steady, plenty of us fans are wide awake!
Point taken sig, but there''s still a few thousend ''sleepers'' out there.
Trouble is Wiz the few thousand get listened to,this pathetic board and the people who still back them will destroy the club and when Gunn is announced as manager the final nail will be in the Coffin!
The board have been stupid enough! im sure he wont ge it!!
 3.
It''s League One not division 1.
Lol....jesus!!
 4.

i understand negativity, but childishness? You find that amusing? Seems to me Mr blah that you may be a great case study for the original post.
Fan timmy??? i guess you enjoy going to a lovely ground with a shyt football team? Nice to know peterborough and the biners now play in a higher league................ Why dont we all sit back and let usgo to division 2, why not we have a nice ground!!!!!!!!
I love to go to division 2 as we are now in division 3.[;)] Journo Timmy, I smell a rat.[:P]
Noop!! we are in divsion 1, as we have just dropped out of championship!!! and you would love divsion 2 hey???
 5. I accept and have come to the depressing realisation that of the people that go to watch Norwich City play then perhaps there is (and always will be) a substantial portion of them who are unwilling to rock the boat or demand change and will happily rally behind Delia whatever state the club is in. What i do not accept however is that the views put forward on this messageboard are not representative of the views held by the majority of die hard supporters of the club who i would say are distinct from the above category of people. I travel week in, week out all over the country to watch my team and have probably missed 10 games in the last 5 seasons. I travel to games with a large group of similarly minded fans and also mix with them in the pubs and on a daily basis and not one single person I speak to thinks Gunn should get the job or that there is anything other than need for substantial change at the top of the club. Ok not everyone is as militant or forthright as Smudger but that is what they think - trust me! Good post...... If you break it down Gunn shouldnt have been given the job in the first place, the board are the real problem but there have carried on  for far to long, as they belivethe support is out there for them...... so unless people sometimes let them know, we will continue in the same vain!

 7.
Says it all. Childish, playground humour. Not a sensible response to any point made by anyone in disagreement. Only too happy to accept the plaudits of the sycophants even less cerebral than yourself. Brian was dead-on. This comment''s more purile that the one he gave you the trophy for. Must have hurt that one.
Stand up and be counted....dont make stupid statements and think no one will comment! The facts are there 19 games and 5 wins, now defend that!  So stop the silly little come backs and start using ya brain!
 8.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1177629/Norwich-stick-Gunn-Canaries-legend-gets-managers-job-permanent-basis.html It is only the Daily Mail but the tone of this is pretty definitive.  Hope they have got it wrong.
This was touted about yesterday, Gunn is not the manager he is out of contract.....but watch this space....i dont tink board can afford to get it wrong!
 9.
I agree with much that has been said previously; I would be happy with the appointment as Robins would be more prepared in terms of knowledge for the lower leagues, and would know how to play it.   On the other hand; if he has too accept Crook, and Deeham then its despicable negotiating on the boards behalf again. Every new manager should be given the choice, and control of his backroom staff.
I think the more worrying aspect is Crook and Butterworth are part of Gunn''s team, unless Gunn is totally calling the shots, shouldnt they take some blame to???
 10.
Anyone know when we''ll know whats happened?
early august i reckon!
 11.
Sell to whom? I don''t see too many buyers knocking down the doors. We''re all angry. I''ve spoken to Doncaster personally and told him he has to resign. I chose not to do it surrounded by cronies. There clearly needs to be some monumental changes to the club at all levels. Munby and Doncaster have to go. Gunn is a wonderful human being, but is not a manager. Where are the solutions? Sure we can get a new Chair and CEO and I''m certain that there are many who could do a decent job. The fact still remains that nothing will change until we have investment. Until now there have been no takers - none. What would happen now if Delia walked? Administration; 10 point penalty; players leaving; years in Division 1. Brian Gunn has done his best. He came up short, but he had the courage to take on an almost impossible task. I would not want him to continue, but I wish him well and certainly don''t blame him. How many of your remember him playing shortly after his daughter died? He said it was what she would have wanted. A giant of a man in every sense. Those of you who slate him now, hang your heads. If you wish to complain, then by all means do so, but do so with dignity and choose your targets well. Thoughtless scattergun ranting will tear this club apart.
m8 you are sick!!!! what you doing dropping comments like that in! this have nothing to with that, i think every city fan respects him, just he has failed to deliver at the most important time! facts are there!
 12.
Gunns had his time , 22 years leeching off this club , sod off Gunn your not wanted.
yeah fair enough! Ill pop a pound in for the taxi!
 13.
Firstly, Relegation: the players didn''t play like they wanted to win and when they dont do that you know somethings wrong or we are going downhill. Secondly, Negativety: We might be in league 1 but we still must carry on supporting our team and getting them back up Thirdly, Managerial: Ok,bryan gunn not the best manger but why were we lulled into reports of aidy boothroyd for weeks and then ince but no it was bryan gunn. What happened there? Fourthly, Team selection: Poor team selections have resulted in poor performances Lastly, Glenn roeders comment: his comment has always stuck in my head and he said "Players of big/top teams would prefer to sit,not play football and have big cash waiting rather than play regular football for a small wage cut" absolutely ridiculous football players should be used to play football not just sit on the subs bench every week   Thanks guys for your time reading this, please take some of these points into consideration and post back telling me what you think. Together we can get this club back up to where we should be.
Munby...Jones....Smith and doomcaster!
 14.
Sorry son you are way off the mark........................Gunn gone gone gone............................send him back to organising golf days..
No No No.....im not backing him here just yet!! i want it changed just like most of you, im just pre empting him gettin the job, then we back him...................( for aweek or so!! lol )
 15.
The young lad who stood up and asked the question about the club appluading failure was 15 years old and to be honest talks more sense than some of you on here.....Oh and he''s my son (one of 3 that attended the protest).................
The fact is smudger atcually stood and was counted on monday, seems to melike alot of mouth and no action on here!! but i guess if your a happy clapper then, the board have done ok..............just look at the ground, beautiful! yoveil will love it!!!Be united and get counted!
 16.
Anthony Munday (charlton fan) says... Season Over, Good Proformance from us to show what we are capable of when we play as a consistant unit unlucky with injurys this year forcing us to go for loan signings and not have that stability is reason why we are down, believe same with Norwich and Southampton all 3 will brighten up League One and make it intresting. Like to point out that Norwich fans were a absoulte credit to their club best away support in Championship Iv''e seen at the Valley twice this season FA Cup and League brought 3000+ noisy vocal support all the way though the day had a laugh great bunch. Bye Bye Championship Hello League One. x This was taken of the sky sports forum, makes you proud and makes me even more determined to get Delia and Co out, support like ours deserves SO much better!!
We all know that shame the muppets in charge didnt have a little more respect for our fans!
 17.
Very very very pissed off   ...more pissed off than a pissed off person should be.....................................................
The facts are he is out o contract, lets hope he has re apply and they actually get some some competition for the job!
 18.

He''s got no hair But we dont care Brian Brian Gunn He is the man to take us where we rightfully belong - THE PREMIERSHIP  Now lets be having less of this negativity and get behind him   So you all liked it then - not long now before we find out - tomorrow is deadlin day

You get behind him if you like , im begining to hate him more than Roeder .
The whole point is if he gets th job, im quite happy to say my piece and i dont think he should get it, the facts are there!!! im just worried if he does get it, and we turn we will be even more doomed!
 19.

I''m not looking for a medal here but I was the first to arrive at the ground, closely followed by Smudge and his bruv. there were about 40 -50 which may be a shade on the disappointing side but when most of us sat in the directors box and had a  few choruses of  ''sack the board'', I think several people got the message.
love the fact you sat in the directors box while singing sack the board... you may have been sitting in delias seat! ps nice meeting you at the forum.
Shame we couldnt fill it up, but i felt we did mak some good noise, and stewards seemed pissed!
 20.
If I had to chose a manager with no experience, forget about Gunn!! Dublin would get us straight back up there!
do we never learn! worthington / roeder!  Grant /Gunn!! enough said!
 21.

sucessful businessman.... could he be inerested in buying??
A very interesting possibility. At one point Cambridge United may have seemed a million miles away from City in status. Now however it is likely they are just one Division away next season. How the mighty have fallen.
Same issues as delia...just hasnt got enough cashhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
 22. I think we need to see the out come of wednesday meeting, then form some action from there!
 23.
Pattison never helped himself - as the nightclubs and kebab shops of Norwich can testify to.     being the operative words!!!! You dont have to dig deep to find out why cueton and Pattison feel from grace!!
