1.
Sadly if he wasnt gone before the transfer window, I doubt he will be for a while.
I know one thing if we lose badly against the scum you may hear 20,000+ at the ground calling for his head. I think a mass "Worthy Out" will force the club to act. His post match interview was unbelieveable. He said we had better players at the club now than 2 years agao yet we are a far worse team. What does that say about his managerial skills. Worthy OUT NOW!
 2. Don`t expect a detailed reply. Its these KTF`s that in my opinion are bringing the club to its knees I don`t know anybody who thinks Worthy should not be sacked.
 3. This match is evidence of how far we have fallen. Yes, lets KTF for ever! WORTHY OUT NOW!
 4. I think Steve Bruce and Worthy are in a race for who can do the most amount of panic buying
 5. What is a clear is we have a manager whose tactics of formation and playing players out of position is abysmal. We need a new manager just as badly as we need new players. Worthy OUT
 6.

Be prepared for cheap cloggers, ''frees'' and the odd panic loan during the transfer window. Despite the spin coming out of Carrow Road, only enquires are being made about new players, just to keep the fans quiet during season ticket renewals. I''ve been told by a reliable source that there is NO money for new players, that''s right, no money!. Where''s the Ashton money gone then?, simple, paying off loans and stand building projects. Never mind, as Thorne has just said on the Pink Un site, he''s prepared to step in to Ashton''s shoes. God help us!. Aren''t you glad you kept the faith Dicky Squit?.[:P]
WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! WRONG AGAIN! I won''t be expecting an apology as you don''t have an honourable bone in your body.
Is this what passes for reasonable behavior and rational repsonse? You reaction smacks of desperation. What about getting in the Paul Rankin thread and congratulating him on scooping your hero dicky waghorn
 7. Well according to the "accounting geniuses" on here we cannot count loan players because wages and agent fees are not REAL expences. LOL! In all fairness he started OK but his recent record is terrible. We have sold our better players and replaced them with far worse players. Even Neil Adams agreed with that on a recent canary call.  Overall he has more misses than hits, not a good record.
 8.
" Blame the interent posters for posting personal stories while your fellow "professionals" are muck raking. " The Mirror is a scandal sheet. The pinkun is supposed to be a football forum. I see no problem with a journalist pointing out the problem of having a ragbag of malcontents trying to turn the latter into the former.
LOL, The funny thing is Rick Waghorn would probably give his left arm to work at a "scandal sheet" such as the Mirror. BTW Waghorn was talking about everybody who posts and offers any kind of opinion. He mocks YOU and you support him. The guy is a genius.
 9.
You are all missing the point1 The bulk of the piece revolved around the fact that this and many other boards have (over a period of time have developed in many ways. Most of the time there is humor, knowledge and passion in abundance! BUT from time to time people overstep what is decent and proper. when this happens then we seem to decend into the tawdry world of the gutter press. I.M.H.O. if  something is being written that is of a standard I would not like written about me or my family then I would not think it OK to put it into the public domain. Waghorn is right when he say''s that  people can and do say what they like on these boards even if in other walks of life it would lead to a Libel or Slander case. THAT is cowardly and has no place on a FOOTBALL platform.
Thats the whole point he is missing. When you have freedom of speech and thought you are going to get ideas and opinions that reasonable people do not agree with. (This board has mods so the really offensive stuff does not apply here) I don`t agree with Squitty Dicky walter mitty on just about anything but I defend his right to have an equal voice. To me his piece is all about frustration. He is frustrated that people online have the freedom to say things that he would like to say but cannot for fear of losing relationships at the club. Lets be honest, The average internet poster has an above average IQ.  I don`t think the vast majority of people really take anything seriously written by anon posters.
 10.

So Squit I dont know whats going on do i?  You obviously didnt read another of my post where I stated that after working within the inner bowels of the club for close to 5 years as a scout and assessor for the academy, I packed it in because of the direction that the club is taking! Hmmmmmm Its because of people like you with your ''well we done ok'' mentality that this once respected club is going bland on us.  There is no accountability at the club, whether it is players, staff or directors because of it.  Why is it that Wigan, Palace, Reading and Sheff utd (all clubs supposedly beneath us) are doing so well?  Ok Wigan has Whelan''s cash, but all are doing well because of ambition and a good driver steering them.  We will never do anything until there are some serious changes.  In the meantime it will be cap in hand, we are skint or some excuse again (with a serious looking Doncaster) in the paper
Well Fluff for someone with your background you seem incredibly naive. I don''t know where you get the idea that the clubs you mentioned are ''beneath us'' but that seems very arrogant. I think naivety and arrogance is a dangerous mixture it must be affecting your ability to think clearly.
Naivety and arrogance are a dangerous concoction are they Squitty/Dicky Walter Mitty? Having a go at Fluff because he dared to give negative vibes against the club! Well, I think our beloved  ''ickle'' club have certainly displayed that dangerous mixture recently.....Not that you would have noticed......or blindly refuse to accept ''Diddley Squit!'' Are you an employee of the club? Do you really live in Old Catton? What''s the name of the Pub in Spixworth Road? The name of the Church on Church Street? Which famous authoress lived in a property on Spixworth Road, and what''s the title of the book was she famous for? Or do you live daarn Saarf and travel to the occasional game? Go on ''Squidicky'' - can you answer the above questions? Just mildly curious, and to see if you are being genuine about your background!! ;~)
Employee = No Old Catton = Yes Pub = Maids Head Church = St. Margarets Anna Sewell wrote Black Beauty Daarn Saarf = No Games = Season Ticket I reckon I got them all correct, what my prize????????????
Your prize is a season ticket to Worthys next club. Worthy OUT.
 11.
Here''s a pointless thread...
Its funny how the "pointless threads" always involve debating bringing in another manager who could do IMHO a better job than the current manager. Worthy OUT.
 12.

If you were one of the deluded individuals that accused the club of lying about Dean Astons injury and would like to apologise just answer with a yes.
Er......No.   I think that the majority of posters all said that Ashton''s injury was a smokescreen for his transfer - were they wrong?   Did we actually see the scans?   Was Ashton cup-tied as a result?  Oh, no he did get transferred, we never did see the scans oh and what a suprise, he was named in their squad for the Cup tie this week-end against Blackburn (prior to that pesky injury of course!) - good job he was injured for the game against - let me see, who was it again???? Dicky/Squit - if you are going to make a "sarcastic" post at least try to make it funny.
Yes, they were wrong he was and still is injured and they were wrong to say the club was lying about it.
Do you have any proof? Did he play against Plymouth?
 13. http://new.pinkun.com/content/columns/RickWaghorn.aspx I do think its amusing that local sports journalists rarely address the fact that they have to keep an ongoing relationship with players/mamagers and club insiders so the info can flow smoothly. This involves them not being overly critical of the club even if they have inside info which would make those at the club look bad. Maybe it would be better if all blogs and boards were shut down so we can be told what to think. Maybe we should ban all books that are not thought of as normal (David Icke ect) even if the info is dodgy/rubbish. Although its true that a lot of BS is written online (duh!) Its also true that it gives an anon. avenue for insiders to post true stories without fear of retribution (Brennen to Southhampton being an example before it was public) Also it allows a vehicle for truthful comments and opinions that would never appear in the local press for fear of losing player/management access. Credibilty in reporting is not instant. If somebody new says "Fowler to Norwich" the vast majority are smart enough to not give it any credibility. Yet......... there are certain internet posters who have an excellent track record of posting info before its gone public (I won`t name them) They have earned their credibility for posting accurate information. They obviously have an inside track.  I think most of us think the Pinkun is a very credible source of info. We also understand that working relationships have to be maintained so some opinions and facts maybe somewhat understated. The fans are not as stupid as some would have us believe. They can see through spin.
 14.
I think you''ve forgotton some expenses. What about all the food he ate at the training ground? What about all the money spent on buying and then washing his kit? What about cleaning his boots? What about all the high energy drink he had during matches? What about the cost of transporting him to away games? What about the hotel bills for away games?
I notice you are not denying any of the facts I presented. You counter my facts and numbers with stupidity. Congrats on losing the argument.
 15. I would still be interested in getting the Pinkun to investigate exactly how much we made from the deal
 16. Seriously are you paid by the club to surpress and harrass anyone who says anything bad about the club. Every post you make is negative.
 17.
As an Accountant I do feel there is rather a lot of mistaken accounting in here, along with made up figures (eg "we can assume he made at least £1.5m a season" - this is based on guesswork, nothing more), but I can''t really be bothered to go into it - I do this sort of stuff at work all day and am not going to at home!  The fact is that cash in less cash out on the purchase and sale = a healthy profit, whatver Dean or Crewe may have taken.  Even £1m profit would be pretty good going in one year, but overall c£4m clear profit has been made, of which we keep the vast majority.  There really is no need to look any further into it, to bring his wages into it is to bring in an irrelevance in terms of his purchase and sale - indeed, turning the argument on its head one could easily argue that as we have not had to pay the rest of  his contract - costs we were committed to - we could add that into the profit made figure.  Why not? - it is certainly a cash saving for the club at the very least, and can be added back into the Playing budget.  This, of course, is as incorrect as including his wages against the profit made on his sale. No, the fact remains that the deal made the Club a good return in one year, by anyone''s standards.
This reply is just so wrong and misleading. Lets examine bit by bit. The figure was based on the 150K that Neil Doncaster reported as Ashtons JAN wages and bonues , 10 months would be 1.5 million. Now it could be as much as 2 million or as little as 1 million but obviously its somewhere in that region. Sorry I don`t know the exact penny. Maybe Dean got paid nothing the last 12 months. That would make it look better. The fact is that cash in less cash out on the purchase and sale = a healthy profit, whatver Dean or Crewe may have taken.  Even £1m profit would be pretty good going in one year, but overall c£4m clear profit has been made, of which we keep the vast majority.  There really is no need to look any further into it, 4 million-1.2million(Crewe and Deanos cut) = 2.8 million But even excluding Deans wages (1-2 M) what were the agents fees on BOTH sides of the transaction? Its already been reported that we paid agents 500K of which we can assume the vast majority of that is the DA transfer (3million was bigger than all other transactions combined) Then we have agents fees for a MUCH bigger transfer (7M) which has not been reported yet. There is no creative accounting here. The numbers are all numbers I pulled from Canariesworld and the Pinkun.  I never said we did not make a profit, I just said its much smaller than most are reporting. I was always led to believe in accounting that profit = income minus expences (maybe wages and agents fees are not real and the money is fake.)
 18. I think the Pinkun should investigate all the expences of both sides of the Ashton transfer and figure out exactly how much profit was made? Did it really take "silly money" for him to go. Crewe made 3.8 million minus Deans wages in his time there. We made a small fraction of that. Yes, great buisness. Worthy Out.
 19. I took all those numbers from official reports at Canariesworld and from articles from the front page of the Pinkun. Those who are saying they are rubbish please point out "EXACTLY" which bit is rubbish. Unless the club and the reporters from the Pinkun are liars? The point is.............. how much ACTUAL profit did we make on Ashton on both sides of the deal To not count wages and bonuses is stupid. The club PAID those out. To not count ANY expences is stupid when looking at overall "profit" Was that monopoly money? Was Deanos 400K money the club should count as profit even if it went in his pocket. Should we count Crewes cut as "profit" I am not saying we did not make any money on Ashton but to those KTF`s who keep saying we made a 4 M profit it`s absolute BS.
 20. All I keep reading by the KTF brigade is how Worthy made good business on  Dean Ashton. Obviously I am using the numbers reported in the press WH payed 7 million. We payed Crewe 3 million That leaves 4 million of which we have to pay Crewe 800K (20% sell on) That leaves 3.2 million Its been reported Deano made 400K That leaves 2.8 million It was reported that Deano would have made 150K in JAN Alone in wages and bonuses From that we can assume that Deano made at "least" 1.5 Million a year (probably a lot more) That leaves 1.3 million So adding in agents fees (its already been reported we blew 500K on agents, assuming the Ashton transfer from crewe was a big part of that) Then agent fees going to WH (which havn`t been reported yet) It looks like we hardly made anything on Dean Ashton being here. It looks like we got screwed by both Crewe and Deano on the one sided contract. Please feel free to dispute those numbers.
 21.
He signed Hucks as well as Ashton. How can you say he doesn''t make good signings? He also got the club in the premiership.
Its a very poor percentage. Good managers have many more hits than misses.
 22. I agree 100% Thats the part I find amazing. Doncaster on canaries world said the reason he did not tell the fans about the Ashton ongoing negotiations was it would weaken NCFC`s negotiating position. YET............... by letting this be known during the transfer window he did exactly that. He let it be known the Norwich will make desperation signings with stupid contracts to get the players they want. What kind of management puts in contract clauses that "encourage" players to leave. The sell on clause should be revoked if the player requests the move not the club. Is this the "prudence" we keep hearing. I can feel the discontent building with the whole management team. We are hearing exactly nothing from Munby and Delia. During our biggest transfer ever that is pretty amazing. I think thats a story ECN/Pinkun should investigate.
 23.
And this one was posted on WOTB by Tricky Hawes, can''t you guys come up with any original thought?
LOL, you scan this board and WOTB. Are you still convinced that people who want Worthy out are in the minority? As I said before, virtually every post you make is attacking anybody who does not agree with something going on at the club. You did not address the content of the posted article. You just attacked the person making the post. Feel free to comment on the contents of the post. For the record I totally agree with the comments. Worthy Out Now.
 24. I cannot for the life of me think why Neil Doncaster has chosen this week to reveal the sell on clause in Dean Ashtons contract. All you are doing is inviting any prospective players coming here (and their agents) to continue to raid our coffers and look upon us as an earning stepping stone. Wouldn`t it make more sense to wait a few days till the window closes and then talk about it? Some of these agent and player fees negotiated are a joke. The trouble is we are constantly "desperation" buying. Constantly paying over the odds for players because we need them. We overpaid for Etuhu because we almost certainly did an "under the table" "wink wink" "nudge  nudge" "loan" deal. Everything about the contracts and the players we bring in smacks of desperation.
