after his contract not being removed?
You heard.I think I got a bit over excited by the news he was available on a free. Imagine if we get him and Elmander in for next season, amazing.

If you want a good foil for Hooper than Chris Wood from Leicester would be my main target! Maybe a swap plus cash for RVW?

If we''re going to play fast counter attacking football to get the best out of Adams'' protege Josh Murphy/ Redmond / Bennett et al...then a 4-3-3 is coming a mile off and both RVW and Hooper should be sold- and yes, the likes of Chris Wood brought in. But if Becchio wants to stay and play under Adams (no idea on his views on that) then we already have the ideal man to lead the line in a 4-3-3, a target man with decent feet. Think a sh*t Olivier Giroud
To be fair I think old Thiddleplatypus was quite unfairly treated at Carrow Road.

Seriously people need to remember there are a lot more games in the Champ than in the Prem - often it feels like you''re playing mid-week most of the time.  You can''t have someone as your main striker and think that position is sorted.  That''s why Lambert brought in Wilbraham in the first place and it was that squad depth which was crucial in getting promoted....

As for comparing players from our squad when we won promotion from the Championship to a goalkeeper who had one disastrous appearance for us in League 1 - yes, what a sensible comparison.
