andyc24_uk 59 Posted January 28, 2014 Just been looking at Newcastle''s last few games, Steven Taylor has either started or been on the bench for 4 out f the last 5 games - so if he''s absent tonight, it might well be a signal that he''s headed our way... If he plays, I think we can probably forget about him.

Tetteys Jig 830 Posted January 28, 2014 They are decimated with injuries including Coloccini, so he''ll likely be on the bench.
Syteanric 1 Posted January 28, 2014 or he could be off to one of the many clubs out there....speculation...
TIL 1010 4,746 Posted January 28, 2014 Two threads on the front page titled ''Steven Taylor'' so I suppose this one called ''Taylor'' makes it different subject matter ? [*-)]
Crafty Canary 495 Posted January 28, 2014 He''s in their starting eleven apparently so seems unlikely he''s coming in. Still, leaves Ciani from Lazio.
Juggy 0 Posted January 28, 2014 I was one of those who wanted Curtis Davies here. Looks like a missed opportunity now, what a bargain he has been for Hull.I wouldn''t write off Taylor or Dann until they have had a run of games though, remember that Bassong had been awful for Wolves and Turner was a Sunderland squad player when we signed them.Taylor and Dann have both been rated very highly in the past (just like Bassong, Turner and Davies had been before their stock fell, only to rise again). We need somebody in that position, but my suggestion - which I''ve made on here before - is still Michael Mancienne.
