Rudolph Hucker 0 Posted January 26, 2013 It is the management and coaching. Our players are much better than this and than this season.None of you never had a bad manager at work? If you have then you know how they can infect the workplace and drag the staff down.Hughton might be a nice chap but he just does not fit at Norwich City. For me the reason is clear, he is essentially a coach, a number 2 and a manager is an entirely different animal. Our players are lacking in confidence and confused. It''s become a viscous circle.I do not believe a number of the players out there today are EPL standard, but they should have had more than enough at home to Luton.Okay, no one really wants a bloody cup run at this stage but no one should want to be the first EPL side to lose to a non-league side for 24 years either. There were great NCFC players out there today like Russell Martin, Fox, Surman and Jackson. They are better than this; don''t lame them, blame Hughton.McNally, your reputation is riding on this man!

dpit 1 Posted January 26, 2013 Was the 10 match run just a fluke then?
Pyro Pete 2,353 Posted January 26, 2013 I worry that it''s all too late. Has McNally got a plan B up his sleeve? I''d hate to see us with a caretaker manager for the rest of the season.I don''t know how Hughton has taken a team that were top scorers in League One, top scorers in the Championship and 7th highest scorers in the Premier League last year and made them totally impotent. FCC 94 Posted January 26, 2013 It certainly looks like a fluke. This winless run is closing in on 10 games - is this a fluke?
mrs miggins 0 Posted January 26, 2013 hahahaha you are idiots. Lets just wait and see what happens
JF 694 Posted January 26, 2013 I''m by no means hughton''s biggest fan,I think he is tactically inept and far to cautious to go out and take the game to the opposition. Today has to go down as the players fault though. that was a disgraceful performance and if we are to survive this season we must bring in at least 3 players with real quality, anything less and I think we are down. Rudolph Hucker 0 Posted January 26, 2013 Does anyone else think the players threw the game? No points lost, no unwanted cup games and pressure on the manager?
NorwichNorth 0 Posted January 26, 2013 Totally agree, i blame the management aswell. It was great having the 10 game unbeaten run but it was never going to last! The problem is other than the 11 that play every week the other players have hardly played any football and then we expect them to go out and perform! It just wont happen. An this is the problem in the league now we''ve got 1 point out of 18 and we need to change things but the players we''ve got to come in i.e e.bennett, fox, howson and jackson just havent had enough game time and pretty sure there confidence will be low!! JF 694 Posted January 26, 2013 Don''t know about throwing the game but a lot of those players have not featured in the league much this season , so there could be an element of the manager hasn''t shown any faith in these players unlike lambert who would happily rotate and give everyone a chance. They may well be feeling that the manager only sees them as being good enough to play lower league opposition knowing that even if they do perform they will be out again next league match. 4th floor 4 Posted January 26, 2013
Does anyone else think the players threw the game? No points lost, no unwanted cup games and pressure on the manager?
Apart from Howson and Garrido who have been regular first teamers, I''d have though the rest would have been looking to impress. We didn''t really have anything to lose if we played our reserves in this competition.
havemyhowsonit 0 Posted January 26, 2013 If the game wasn''t thrown. Then all of them should head to the nearest job centre
Chunky Norwich 0 Posted January 26, 2013 It bloody well was the players. R Bennett was shocking. Fox and Howson didn''t play a forward pass between them. Surman looked like Bambi-on-ice. Kane looked about League One level. Garry didn''t put a single cross into the box.If Luton could have had the pick of our players who would they have gone for? Probably Cafu and Barnett. And when Leon Barnett is our 2nd best player on the day you know we''ve had a shocker
NorwichNorth 0 Posted January 26, 2013 Its all good saying i thought people will want to impress but regardless of what they did today they wouldn''t have played against spurs!
