MC Fearfull 0 Posted April 20, 2011 I have always liked Simeon Jackson, ever since we beat Newcastle 2 - 1 in pre season I have wanted him to do well, and I was so pleased when he hit some form recentley, but if he scores goals against Ipswich, he will be a legend, do you think this will the case? Hoolahan? Youlahan! 0 Posted April 20, 2011 I thought Jackson was a lightweight headless chicken at first but over the last 6 or 7 games he''s really impressed with his work rate and movement, his finishing looks a lot sharper too. Maybe he''s just a delayed settler, but there''s no reason why, playing the way he is, he won''t score against the scum and score another one.

Paul 0 Posted April 20, 2011 legend is a word that is too easily used these days, for sportsmen and celebrities alike. No he will not be a legend as he has only been at the club 5 minutes, he could be a hero in peoples eyes, but a legend no.

Baracouda 47 Posted April 20, 2011 Maybe not a legend... the game probably not big enough for that just yet. I don''t agree with the poster above, that someone can''t be a legend after 5mins. Two ways of being a legend, be at a club for ages or do something amazing. If Jackson scored a hat-trick in the playoff final... that will be a "legendary" moment. imo. Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man 4,736 Posted April 20, 2011 I suppose you just have to look at Leon McKenzie. He''d be guaranteed cult hero status for a couple of years, but he''d have to do more to become a ''legend''.
Tangible Fixed Assets anyone? 0 Posted April 20, 2011 I thought Jackson was unlucky not to be awarded that goal (deemed offside) against the Forest and I thought he played very well. Lets hope he scores against the Binners.
Boyo 0 Posted April 20, 2011 I have a feeling he will score tomorow and thats no suprise with the current form he is displaying. As for him being a legend, Leon McKenzie isn''t regarded as a legend these days is he.
