Gingerpele 0 Posted March 5, 2011 Completely forgot about this today :(Unlucky. Norwich never seem to do it when selected :( And Arsenal is just one of many many results that goes wrong for no reason...
Drazen Muzinic 1,445 Posted March 5, 2011

Great to have you picking Drazen Muzinic[Y] I remember when you signed for us I was an excited canary! I thought we had another Martin Peters.... Anyway, welcome and keep picking[;)]
Sorry to disappoint NN - I must admit I played more like Mary Peters! (All those under 40 - ask your parents) Good picks Excited Canary - and fingers crossed all!
I knew you reminded me of somebody Adrian [Y]
Your eyesight must be as good as Lennie Peters then! [;)] Nice to see Nana get some kudos for his ''Holt Dive'' post. Spot on too. I took Robbie with me today for his third game this year after carefully picking games I thought would get him interested in City with lots of action and goals. The other 2 games were Orient & Doncaster. I think I''ve put him off for life.
The Great Drinkell 50 Posted March 5, 2011 Lennie Peters nows there''s a name you don''t hear often. Hope Robbie doesn''t have the number for Childline! Next game will have to be the play off final at Wembley?
jed exodous 0 Posted March 5, 2011 Unlucky EC, Arsenal result wasn''t that big a shock, no Fabregas or Van Persie, Chamakh and Arshavin well out of form and an unsettled back 4 and inexperienced keeper, all that and off the back of a deflating loss last weekend. I expect them to lose on Tuesday and also fail to win anything again this season...
Excited Canary 19 Posted March 5, 2011 I am gutted! Sorry [:(] Just seen the Arsenal highlights on MOTD, they had so many chances and the Sunderland keeper played a blinder. Still, that wouldn''t have mattered anyway as our very own Canaries failed to win [:(] Oh well, we move on. Thanks very much for this oppurtunity Nutty (& Ardee) , I have really enjoyed my time in the hotseat and I wish the very best to next weeks picker who I am sure will bring in some more money for our fine club''s youth! A brilliant effort and I''m sure you''ll get another chance to pick.

nutty nigel 7,539 Posted March 7, 2011 Thanks again Alec. I’m glad you enjoyed your week, and as you have seen many of us enjoyed it with you. You were close and again it was two of the most fancied selections that let us down. Now for the stats. 63 of us picked this weekend with 44 correct making a success rate of 70%. Between us we gave Alec a massive 33 different selections with 23 winning making a success rate of 70%. Here is the latest PUPs League showing those with over 50% correct from at least 50% of the available weeks. Beauseant stays at the top and his immediate dangers dropped to two with Trent and Cherub waiting to pounce should he slip. The dotted line seperates the top 40 because only the top 40 at the end of the season will be assured of a go at the final selections next season.
