CDMullins 436 Posted August 22, 2010 Will it be a full side?Id quite like to see Jackson and Johnson get 90 minutes together. Give Holty a little rest.Midfield, Lappin, Hughes, Fox and Mcnamee worth a go?Is the Carling Cup a burden that we can do without or does it give the team momentum and a winning mentality?Personally I''d like to have a real good go a Blackburn and keep the momentum going. One thing is for sure although it wont be a first choice team put out big Big Sam, they will be a big strong physical side.

a1canary 0 Posted August 22, 2010 I''d like to see PL put out a strong side but use it as an opportunity to find an alternative system that the players can start to get used to.Something like the above possibly but with hughes out right and macca left. Boyo 0 Posted August 22, 2010 RuddyR.Martin Ward Nelson DruryMcNamee Crofts Hughes Surman Jackson C.MartinKeep the back 5 the same to keep the good work going. Give Holt and Hoolahan a rest as they both didn''t look great against Swansea. This allows us to go to 4-4-2 with McNamee wide right and Surman wide left with Crofts and Hughes in the middle. I replaced K.Smith with Hughes as I think he deserves a bit of a rest after his performance on Saturday.I would like to see Oli Johnson given a good run out and the same for Fox and Lappin. newyorkcanary 14 Posted August 22, 2010 I''d like to see us name our strongest side possible, if not to give our players some perspective on The Premier League. We can sub Holt out at the half if need be, but it would be a nice shot in the arm in terms of confidence if we can knock out a Premier League side, albeit one of the weaker ones. I am a Banana 0 Posted August 22, 2010 We need to keep the majority of starters the same to get the team more used to playing together and this in time will bring success.
