I love theory it makes things seem simple. In theory if Leeds had lost and we''d won tonight we would have basically been up.....

Statistics and all that. I think what worries many is that only getting 1 point form 3 crap teams doesn''t bode well for an away match at Charlton... or Bristol Rovers come that. Then you''re left with needing to win against Gillingham & Carlisle at home. Easy on paper but...

Swindon will never make up the goal difference.

[/quote]Doesn''t matter, if they win then we won''t be mathematically promoted.  If they drop points and Millwall lose, we''re promoted.  After last night''s performance, that sounds mental, but we have to remember we''re not the only ones dropping points at the moment - Swindon failed to beat lowly Exeter, Millwall only got a last minute equaliser against Yeovil and Huddersfield were given an almighty scare by Wallsall.  Strangely, only Leeds seem to be convincing at the moment, but I still don''t reckon they''ll overhaul us for the title...

I bet you had a pen and paper working it out throughout the games, and what the outcome would be as the goals were going in!
