SWP = Poor Mans Ruel Fox!! 0 Posted September 9, 2009 Almunia is sh*t anyway but he''ll never play for England, and quite rightly too!!!
B-ru 0 Posted September 10, 2009 Greeno didn''t have a large amount to do. Thought he could have done better with the re-bound as well, but who cares we are going to S Africa!!

He could have done better with the rebound, but it was a point blank save and he should never have had to make it in the first place!
B-ru 0 Posted September 10, 2009 IS- It is only a slight criticism, I dont blame him for the goal in the slightest, agreed the defence should have done better.
Ian 1,212 Posted September 10, 2009 Problem is, we still look vulnerable defensively - when Croatia had a bit of possession in the second half we looked unsure of ourselves. Glen Johnson is good going forward, but I think we need somebody more solid defensively. Hopefully he can work on that aspect of his game.On an unrelated note, I thought Heskey did his job well - don''t really understand the constant criticism. Yes he missed a chance, and hasn''t scored in a while, but when Defoe came on he was absolutely anonymous. Surely at this level it''s more important to have the balance in the team, and be winning matches, than to have both your strikers being prolific in front of goal? Arthur Whittle 0 Posted September 11, 2009 Almunia is crap, and has no right to play for England. you should only be able to play for your country if you are born in, we are not The Republic Of Ireland are we!!!
