Largey 0 Posted September 14, 2009 ...it could be a very long and tedious game!He is the only player who seems to have some creativity about him. Hoof-ball could be the name of the game very soon at Carrow Road!Any further news on his injury?
Mr. Bump 0 Posted September 14, 2009 If Hughes is out then there is no excuse for Hoolahan not featuring.
Dean Coneys boots 1,531 Posted September 14, 2009 agree- in fact I would go so far as to say Norwich + Hughes = playoffsNorwich - Hughes = bottom halfDid MK Dons know that and target him?
Lincs CR 0 Posted September 14, 2009 I don''t think for a minute they intended to get Hughes off the pitch. It was Chadwick, hungry, determined to get one over on his old club like they all do, showed conviction going in for tackles and we were just bitterly unlucky it resulted in an injury
Smudger 0 Posted September 14, 2009
If Hughes is out then there is no excuse for Hoolahan not featuring.
Hoolahan is awful... get a grip he would not of changed tonights result in any way and neither would the ginger twot that some clueless individuals want back.Remember 7-1 at home with that pair in the team??? [:^)]Everything has been tried and the players that we have are simply not good enough yet again... well what a surprise hey???Delia & Co expect a manager to make silk purse out of a sows ear. Lambo 0 Posted September 15, 2009 If Hughes isn''t fit i''d personally play a Liverpool-esque 4-2-3-1 of: Semmy - Nelson - Askou - Drury Smith - RussellWLY Hoolahan Lappin Holt Although that then depends on the fitness of Rusty, Drury and Nelson.

B-ru 0 Posted September 15, 2009 Hold On!! We lost 3 key senior players and brought on youth products that have played a handful of senior games between them. There were some dodgy refereeing decisions, again, you can''t argue that!! two arms/fists in the face of Holt and nothing given. The referee went back on his own decision for the Dons penalty. We did have chances to score, Holt, Martin and Daley missed great opportunites. We lost our shap far too many times and we didn''t have good enough outlets to give the defence a rest in the second half. Because yet again we have been underfunded for a promotion push? Because the board let Gunn waste money on Gill (a pub footballer) and Tudor Jones while have so far given Lambert NOTHING to spend despite him telling them that our squad is not strong enough? You decide! Yellowbeagle 0 Posted September 15, 2009 Hughes will be a massive loss, he looks by far our best midfielder imo, dont think it was a coincidence that MK dons started to get a better grip on the game once he got injured, and once Drury went off and Lappin got pushed to left back (where i dont think he''s that good, and is missed going forward) it was the final nail in the coffin.
