On the way to Yeovil 0 Posted July 3, 2009 Bookies seldom get it wrong, we are second favourites to go up, and I think we will.Leeds are the main threat if they can hold on to Delph & Beckford, which I don''t think they can
Dean Coneys boots 1,531 Posted July 3, 2009 It isimpossible to call at the moment. If things stay as they are and a good striking option arrives we should do really well.If Clingan et al leave and are replaced by the standard coming in...we are going to hit midtableAll depends on who stays IMO. As I very much doubt we can replace with better players however sad that sounds.
The Walking Man 13 Posted July 3, 2009 I think we''ve got a great shout in going straight back up, the reason why you think the signings have been poor is because for the past 49 years we''ve been used players who were off a first or second division tandard. Wait until we see all the signings play and then see where we stand. If you look at who else has been signed in this division and there are few players who I can hand on hear say that I wish they''d have come to Norwich because they''re going to set the world alight... TheboyMark 0 Posted July 3, 2009 I recall the bookies being way off last season with us!And I also recall a similar level of ''we just need that target man/striker'' optimism in support of the general ''we will go up'' belief. That target man never arrived and we spent a good part of the season with a midfielder up front. I know it''s not quire first match of the season time yet..but things are looking worryingly similar on the striker theme.
O.T.B.C 1 Posted July 3, 2009 I think that we will. It will be a tough one, Charlton, MK and Leeds, but still think we have a great chance.

crowey66 0 Posted July 3, 2009 If Clingan is still with us I will walk through the market on a Saturday afternoon wearing nothing but a smile.
