I''ve just read that finally they are going to start building the new infill.The plans of it look pretty good and it should be open for the new year.

The River End is round the left side of the infill as the picture views it - it is out of sight. If you picture yourself standing at the back of the old car park facing back towards Carrow Road, with the back of the Jarrold stand to your right, you have the view.I agree it looks very trendy..!
