Poor you Lobster, happily I can report I am still wearing my Huckerby shirt, which has been going since September 03!  Is this a record?  I have made a pledge not to buy another one while he is still here!  But maybe a new home one for this season........Dion maybe, or even Cureton!

lol gazza no point in buying any shirt with a name on this season as there is a small chance that they will be there at then end of the season as we will probably sell them lol.
there is a rumour that we are going to have numbers on the front of the shirt - so we all think they are attacking ! [:D]
There are also shirts to be worn by the playing squad for next season, that have their departure ("come an'' get me!") clause, (and amount) - printed on their sleeves. This will hopefully,  reduce the unnecessary ''club/agent'' kerfuffle, that delayed poor Earnie''s departure to Droll Derby - by an horrendous 24+ hours. The poor little fellah was so traumatised by it all, he had to use his astute guffawing agent as a chauffeur - as poor Robert didn''t have the energy or the strength after loading up his suitcases full of signing on fee dosh and his associated ''extras''........Agent and Earnie = Greedier than his departing ''Hummer''s'' gas tank........allegedly.

Neil Doncaster was quoted as saying: "It was for purely ecological and green issues that Robert was sold........His oversize vehicle exhaust emissions were leaving a huge dark cloud over the ground, and we were certainly ''green'' and financially naive - in allowing another agent to screw us out of a decent transfer sum, but hey, that''s football.........(whatever football is)?" "Now, I must round up my ''event-guards'' as there''s a few outdoor concerts that need stewarding and stuff".....[8-|]
