Beatle 0 Posted December 9, 2006 1-2 at home to (resurgent) Sheff Weds. There goes our Play off hopes/season.Just shows how crap we are and how much we rely on little Earn!!!!!!Heard a strong rumour (from a very reliable source) that Earnie and Grant had a big fall out prior to Kick Off.He''ll be off in January (Newcastle, I Reckon) if he''s got any sense.Mediocre Championship side or Mediocre Premiership side.......................tough choice!!!!!!! Which would you choose?Oh for an Andy Reid/Jason Koumas/Steve Gerrard/Kris Commons. And a Iwan. And a Watson-Bruce partnership.Sad it''s all over for another season, just as well Southend and Hull are so crap!(I Hope I''m Wrong)
rocky marshall 0 Posted December 9, 2006 your reliable source didnt see the fitness test before the game then!!!!!
Huddy 0 Posted December 9, 2006 I really hope he doesn''t go because we do rely on him, HOWEVER, if he does for hopefully 4 Million realistically it means we could buy 2 forwards to play with each other, we could probably afford Eastwood, Sharp or an unanted west hyam striker. I can''t see Zamora and cole staying there for long if they arent playing regularly.
Beatle 0 Posted December 9, 2006 We''ll see ''Rocky''!Do you think he''ll be here next season?????Depressing to think he could go.It''s just a day in the life of a city fan.I think we should get at least £6m for him if he goes, he''s proven at Prem and International level, more than ''Judas'' Ashton was!!!!! DanielHammond 0 Posted December 9, 2006 Seriously......some people just dont listen to the radio! Earnie is going nowhere! He had a knee injury which ruled him out of the game - not a arguement with grant. Because this is a terrible league everybody is beating everybody so by the time january comes i think we will still be in touching distance of the playoffs. Dont lose faith!
