cambridgeshire canary 7,797 Posted February 4 What are we thinkig the result of this one will be? Given both these sides despite being outside the playoffs are hoping to try and budge their way into the playoffs, should be an interesting one
Satriales 993 Posted February 4 As a neutral, I'll always hope for a 5 all draw, few red cards and a punch up, that's entertainment. So it'll probably be nil nil.
cambridgeshire canary 7,797 Posted February 4 1-1 now, great goal from Sunderland but keeper could have done better
daz 136 Posted February 4 Surely draw is best for us? Sunday 46pts if win and 6th spot or boro would goo level with us on 44 if they win.
Capt. Pants 5,007 Posted February 4 A draw was good for us. Our rather poor goal difference though could well be a deciding factor come the end of the season. We need to give someone a good tonking.

Yeah, I would say a draw is more than ok for us. Realistically, only 2 playoff spots are available, the binmen and others are possibly too far gone. Lot's of teams fighting over 5th and 6th place.

Binners aren't beyond a collapse and the scramble for 5th and 6th will make games competitive just as much as the relegation places where it seems its QPR up to Millwall fighting to avoid the drop. Its already looking a struggle for Sheff Weds and Rotherham.

Robert N. LiM 6,274 Posted February 4 Disappointingly the Binners have managed to keep their slump somewhat under control by not actually losing too many games - and they have had some tough fixtures, too. I think Leeds and Southampton will have too much for them in the final stages of the season, but they would have to have a spectacular collapse to have any worries about not finishing in the top six. Which would indeed be hilarious, but very unlikely. It's got to the point where I would be very surprised if they finish anywhere other than fourth. The dream/nightmare scenario is that we play them at Wembley, unbeaten in 15 years in the derby. Absolute, peak, undisputed, nailed-on Along Come Norwich. A play-off final against that lot and you'll be talking serious crowd trouble around Wembley, not to mention the tube. It would be an absolute nightmare.
