One would hope there is an anniversary date whereby the rolling aspect of the contract is either renewed or curtailed. I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere so can only assume we're always on the hook for another 12 mths salary until such time he is sacked. Edited November 30, 2023 by Capt. It means it either expires in January and isn't rolled over, so we'd owe him nothing. Or we owe him 12 month's pay from the date of termination. In my blood 39 Posted November 30, 2023 At some stage there will be a sit down to discuss the contract and a renewal and an increase in money and the idea of making it a fixed 2 or 3 or 4 year contract (heaven forbid!)
