I dread to think who they will have as a replacement from the mainly motley pundits who have popped up in recent times to commentate on various sports although it is not confined to Sky.

There are good pundits and bad pundits, that's all, gender isn't the important criteria. As long as they can explain what's happened and give some insight I don't care if they're a man or a woman.

I hate a lot of the positive discrimination too, as it's very obvious.  But you have to ask yourself how can anyone gain ability if they're not given an opportunity to grow into that role?

My concern is more with losing pundits who are willing to be outspoken on certain matters so you feel that there's more personal injection going in to the broadcasts.
