The fact that this young lad has signed on a long term deal is probably the least surprising news of the year so far. Definitely one to watch.

We do seem to have a nice production line of talent coming through at the moment which is great to see.

Of course only a small percentage of those will actually end up in the first team but we have shown recently that we are successful at bringing them through.

I watched the Leeds game the other day when they lost to Crawley and the commentator was waxing lyrical about Leeds superb academy system and success of bringing the players through and got me thinking that surely ours is one of the best at the moment.

& Jon Rowe.

Brilliant! Two more talented young forwards to add to the stable. Alongside Dickson-Peters and Omotoye, we're very well stocked with firepower. Wonder which of them will make the step up and become the 'next Adam Idah'? Hoping that Tyrese and/or TDP might be able to get some loan action in the second half of the season? A few goals in L1/L2 would do them the power of good... or maybe even at King's Lynn?

Completely agree. I read a piece on the Athletic recently titled something like 'How Bielsa bridges the gap between the u23s and the first team'... It was largely about how many first team players have featured in the u23s. The Leeds/Bielsa media gushing is painful sometimes.

He got it so spectacularly  wrong rhe other night in FA Cup, frustrated   being still at 0-0 after  45 mins, he made 3 HT subs and  promptly  lost 3 nil. Genius.
